Good communication from the staff before we arrived. The staff were amazing - welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. We had booked 2 triple rooms which were spacious. Taksim Square is at the top of the street just 5 minutes walk and Istiklal Street just a few more minutes from there. The location was very convenient and it was close to the metro/buses with easy access to everywhere. Volcan, the manager was always happy to help, he gave us his phone number just in case we needed anything. Older Ali gave us advice on what to visit and told us exactly how to get there. Younger Ali (who also gave us his number) was the one we saw the most, very friendly and did a great job of cleaning our room - your room will only be cleaned if you ask. The room has everything you need and is comfortable, the air con is great! There is a 24 hour supermarket just around the corner and there are many cafes/restaurants within a few minutes. The staff are truly amazing and we hope to visit again!

This stay far exceeded both my expectations and the price I paid, truly exceptional!!! I stayed in the full floor basement unit for a week and LOVED it. The facilities were all new, remarkably clean, and fully equipped with all of the little details accounted for and then some! The neighborhood is right across from the main Taksim tourist area, prime location without having to hear the night clubs blast music all night (if sleep is important to you, stay on this side of the main road!!). Felt safe at night as a young solo woman as well. Great wifi for working, hot water always, in unit laundry machine, good AC, comfortable bed, fully equipped everything. What makes this stay truly special though are Mr. Ali and Ali, the two super kind guys who run Sunshine. Every time I saw them they always ask how they can help or what I need, to message them anytime—truly AMAZING customer service. I would stay here EVERY time I return to Istanbul, no question. I literally own a hospitality company back home and can’t imagine finding better value or service in the area. Thank you so, SO much!

That was very good place near to all restaurants , and taksim square just 2 minute walking. The hotel staff is very helpful and very nice, he help us with all requests and questions, the room was very clean, and every 2 days they clean, there was shower there was small kitchen, also washing machine, stove, fridge, water cooker, all we needs we find, very comfortable room bed, it was very cheap compared with the fantastic service, we will back to the same hotel next time, thanks a lot Ali, i strongly recommended this hotel.

If higher floor, you need to go up 4 levels by stairs, but it was the best room. I did not mind.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sunshine Taksim Suite. From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was with all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable. The host also provided crib for child out of charge. Special thanks for help! The location was perfect, situated conveniently close to key attractions and public transport. Overall, my experience exceeded all expectations, and I can’t wait to return on my next visit to the area. Highly recommended!

Everything was great

It feel likes staying at your apartment, stay calm & quite. Property staff, Mr. Ali, he does everything from Cleaner/Mechanic/Bell Boy/Cashier or even Property Manager. Mr. Ali lift up 2 24" luggages true circle stairs to 2nd floor with 80 cm width in one time. He's quite STRONG...

Lighting in the room is little less. It should be 2-3 more lightings. Drinking water, normally, any hotel provides 2 bottles per day but here give only 2 bottles even you stay more than 2 nights. Moreover, 2-3 hours before checking out, no water supply which making us MOODY & quite UPSET.

Excellent Value for money. Central location, 8 minutes walk to Taksim metro station. Excellent wifi, Basic clean room. Extremely friendly, helpful and decent staff - they will go out of their way to assist the guest and make them comfortable. This is not a luxury accommodation but is basic, no frills accommodation that is excellent value for your money. The only drawback is that at night, the main road adjacent to these accommodations has plenty of "ladies of the night" which may be unsuitable for some people or families with children.

To reach taksim square you have to climb a hill but actually it's only once a day

Both Mr. Ali and the place owner went out of their way to make sure we’re comfortable. They upgraded us to a much bigger room for free, which we really appreciated. Mr. Ali also gave us his phone number to contact him in case we need anything during the night. They are both very hard working and put a lot of effort into making the space nice and accommodating. Overall recommended if you are looking for a prime location and an affordable option.

The facilities are old and the room is a bit small.

ONE OF THE MOST WONDERFUL AND COPEARTIVE PERSON I HAD EVER MET IN LIFE" MY HEARTLY PRAYERS FOR HIM " . ALSO BOTH THE ALI`S WERE ALSO VERY NICE PERSONS VERY POLITE AND HELPING.LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT VERY VERY NEAR TO ISTIKALAL STRREET.THE APRTMENT WAS VERY CLEAN WITH AWOSME SMELL, ROOM WAS MODERN AND WAS VERY COMFORTABLE WITH ALL THE FACILITIES.
