Ideal location. Nice area, safe and full of restaurants, cafés, shops, and supermarkets nearby. Transportation is very easy with all means at hand close to the hotel (subway/metro line, ferries and buses). Welcoming and very friendly staff and cooperative reception staff. Staff are polite, having smiling faces All in all, everything was ok.

High street noise at night : narrow street with much traffic at night and seagulls screaming all night, so we can't sleep with the window open, and even with the windows closed the soundproofing is weak... The room floor and the bathroom floor are dirty and should be cleaned with water and detergent and not with a hoover as I noticed every day. Hoover takes away dust but not dirt ! More attention should be given to the cleanliness of floors it's important.

Location is excellent. It is a little hidden away on a plain street, but it is right next to the fab Uncular Street (famous destination for all sorts of food including lahmacun, pide, borek, manti, kanat, full Turkish breakfast, delicious cakes, smoothies and a range of hot and cold coffees). It is also very close to the sea front - although has no sea view terrace of its own. Super-close to Uskudar tube/metro (only one stop to the Old City!) and Uskudar ferry port is only 5 minutes walk away. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

Although breakfast is available as an add-on at a reasonable price (TL350), the hotel breakfast area was not very appealing - usually empty - maybe because of the intense competition from Uncular Street nearby.

The loaction is amazing beyond perfect, everything is around you the metro marmaray buses grocery store cafes and the bosphour The rooms are nice and tidy

The was no tissue at the rooms We had little problem with hot water but they fixed it And i dont know why the keep taking the slipper everytime they clean And we need soap in the toilet

We stayed in the room with the balcony, so I could enjoy the great view on the European part of Istanbul across Bosphorus. The room was quiet and clean. There were few minor issues that they fixed quickly after calling them. The location is perfect to commute to the old town via ferry or underground. We also enjoyed numerous cafes and restaurants in the direct vicinity of the hotel plus the nice boulevard along Bosphorus.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The refrigerator is not working.

location is great just few meters away from metro station and Marmaray station, couple of hundreds of meters away from ferry stations the hotel is new and every thing is impressively set nice coffee shop at ground floor many restaurants and coffee shops in a radius of 100 meter only

Clean, modern, everything in the room operated digitally, great heating in the winter, friendly staff go above and beyond, directly opposite the bosphorous river, a couple of minutes walk to the Uskudar Meydan/Square

Hotel was falling apart, like the door trim came off, the room sign fell off, rooms were not being cleaned throughly, etc.

Location so close to Uskudar metro, town market, and cafes up and down the street.

room was clean, the air conditioning and internet great. The location is within walking distance to everywhere. Staff are very friendly. If I come to Uskudar again I can stay here.

The toilet paper was second quality.
