We cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It is situated in the perfect location, walking distance to all of the action and transportation but just secluded enough for quiet and peace at night and in the mornings. The rooms and grounds were well kept and clean. The room itself was so comfortable and cozy, with great amenities - kitchen, great water pressure, warm shower, daily cleanings, heated room and air conditioner. We loved coming back after exploring the city and just relaxing. The breakfast was yummy. Overall this place was one of the highlights of our trip!

The internet is free, all rooms have a microwave and a large refrigerator compared to other hotels... The hotel is located in the most beautiful areas of Istanbul and very close to all transportation, cafes and restaurants. The breakfast is excellent and includes everything you need. This hotel is one of the safest hotels, everyone who works in it always tries to help. I recommend this hotel to all the tourists coming to Istanbul..Thank you to the hotel staff and management.

Location (Beyoğlu district, Firuzağa sub-districts), airport transfer, breakfast, friendly staff, very clean, transport facilities, shops and cafes nearby. The team is very professional and really helpful. Right next door there are local shops, the large Galaport for shopping as well as the famous Galata Tower. The tram line T1 (Tophane Station) passes nearby which takes you directly to the historic center (Fatih district).

I really loved the location. We came for a cruise and we were able to easily walk to the port. Also liked how it was just a couple blocks down to the tram as well as walking over the Galata Bridge to the Old section. The staff were all very friendly. They booked a driver to pick us up from the airport as well as take us to the airport, leaving at 2 AM on the last day, and I felt that the rate was very fair and people were there to pick us up right on time! Breakfast was good and our rooms were pretty soundproof. Loved that it was a suite

The lighting, those switches on the wall, took a while to get used to, but more than thatI do not like overhead lighting, especially when they’re bright. A few lamps would be much nicer, especially in the living room. The room is comfortable if a little dated.

Many pubs, delicious restaurants and local places to hang out around. As well as many touristic parts are just in walking distance. Also there is a tram station super close to the property. We felt like home with their amazing hospitality. Real high quality of professional service. Room was warm and cozy. Breakfast was good enough. Location was on top above every other details. Walking distance to many beautiful places and very close to public transportation also. Seaside and famous Istiklal street is located near hotel. Very nice place to stay.

Let me start with People. As welcome as they can be :) Warm with a big smile and try to be helpful as possible. All of them are good English speakers and will support you whenever yo need them. The location is in a great spot with 5 min to Tramway and bus station + 16 min walk (of course in uphill) to reach Shishaneh Station on Esteklal St. Noted that if you want to take a detour just to taste the vibe of old city, there were many streets who acts as maze that help you reach your destination! The location vibe reminds me of old district of Rome with shops full of art, paintings and sculptures. The Hotel it self is a cozy place with welcome staff. Good breakfast with chef with extra talent in baking Burek! (Turkey bread & cheese). food serving area is terrace with view of Galata tower and open sight of Galata port and sound of seagulls. The good thing is that this terrace is always open and your gather on top of the building and chill under the Istanbul night sky. The hotel was clean and room service do a pretty neat job to keep it as clean as possible.

Just the lighting system touch pads were a little bit confusing to understand :) But at the end, it made you laugh all the time :))))

The room was super clean, the breakfast was a rich selection of homemade dishes with a view of the city from the terrace. Wonderful staff, who always advised us where to go for a good home cooked meal. Comfortable rooms with a good mattress, I appreciated the water refill and the bathrobe and slippers. I recommend and I wish myself to return soon!

This is a very nice place to stay for a family - we stayed in suites there and there was everything we need for a proper rest after a day messing around the city. The location is centrical and the view from the terrace upstairs is stunning. Personal was helpful and attentive. Breakfast was quite well and delicious (not a 5-star all-included option of huge hotel chains, but really nice). The place itself was very clean and well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. Special thanks to the staff for the early check-in option and airport transfer arrangement - we are very grateful for this!

I send a request for a baby cot via booking and it was confirmed - but there was no cot installed upon our arrival. I asked for it and left, by returning there was still no baby cot and it was late - so they can't provide it for that night. The first night we spent in one bed with a baby. The next day I asked for it again and finally, we got it! Please, repeat all your inquiries before check-in once more not to be in the same situation.

Actually it was a small apartment with a kitchen, including a stove and a fridge. Pretty spacious and very homey. The staff were VERY helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good for me but not so suitable for my daughter - several types of cheese, eggs fried with vegetables, sausages, salads with sauces. Turkish style breakfast. So the amazing woman there found a solution and brought my daughter just plain potatoes (no sauce/parsley/spices :)) and had them every morning especially for us.

The food was left from yesterday sometimes, so not all the dishes were fresh. The blanket was too hot, even when the nights were cold, and there was no solution to it.
