The breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable. I would like to emphasize the exceptionally good and pleasant service provided by the hotel staff, from the whole staff at the reception, to everybody serving in the kitchen, mentioning even the room cleaning personnel and last but not least the hotel management. I still remember all by their private names and their always smiling faces. In my next visit to Istanbul I will definitely stay in this hotel which I strongly recommend.

It couldn't be better.

The staff were super friendly, I had gone to Turkey to have major surgery, the staff were super helpful and changed my room so it was easier for me to access. The room was bigger with our own little terrace, they helped me carry things and checked in on me. The breakfast was healthy and the local cats were looked after. The pool area was heavenly and the hotel was quiet and I felt so safe. Highly recommend.

Beds were comfortable and the room had a balcony although it was quite small. Staff were friendly and the hotel was mostly clean and in good shape. There was a fairly reasonable selection of foods at breakfast and the breakfast room was a lovely place to sit. Location is good as it is next to the line to the airport and we stayed here 1 night just before flying out. Unless your visiting a clinic there is not much else in the immediate area (some restaurants and coffee shops) but you will need to travel to visit any sights

Some parts of the room were a little tired, the shower door didn't close properly so the floor got a bit flooded. The breakfast coffee was a jar of Nescafe with a spoon in it but the food was good. The balcony in the room was nice but the view was mostly of the backs of other buildings unless you looked down at the pool. Location is good for the Metro but otherwise is a business area so has restaurants and some shopping centres only.

I liked the way I was greeted, the way I was taken care of. The room was cozy, clean, and quiet. Before I arrived, I texted them that I am going to take the exam and I need a quiet room, they took care of it. Every day hotel houskeeping came, asked if I want cleaning and quickly cleaned the room. The breakfasts were so delicious and they helped me to order dinner. When I had an allergic reaction, they went to the hospital with me. I really appreciate their work and wish them further prosperity. Special thanks to Suleiman abi😊

* comfortable beds * breakfasts * the family room with balcony is spacious and we felt comfortable with our 11 month old, crawling around (also having a water boiler and 2 complementary small water bottles every day was really nice) * the hotel manager was super helpful (also for our special needs for the baby)

* tables around the swimming pool are full with the working people during their lunch service between 12-2PM. During this time, they have no service dedicated to the hotel guests and you aren't supposed to use the pool but you can hang out and sunbathe around the pool if you don't mind the crowd (when we expressed our wish to continue hanging out around the pool, the hotel manager was super helpful and they organized a table for us in a more reserved area) * the pool isn't cleaned enough, I don't mean a major cleaning but it would be great if at least someone collected the leaves and insects with a filter on a daily basis

The hotel is beautiful, in a quiet location, and was very close to the aesthetic hospital where I had a procedure. The staff were very kind and friendly, and were helpful when we had questions, though most didn’t speak English.

I don’t think it delivered on some of my expectations. I chose this hotel because the rooms were listed as soundproof and fully accessible (via elevator, etc.) but our room was neither. Noisy neighbours bothered us throughout our stay, and we had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs every time we wanted to leave our room (this would be totally fine if I hadn’t just had major surgery). The room also lacked appropriate furniture - the tables were tiny, there was no dresser, and there was nowhere to put anything in the bathroom. Most of the fixtures were also hanging on by a prayer - the wall-mounted TV was very dodgy, as was the shelf in the bathroom. For what they charged, I think it could’ve been a little better.

Generous rooms, daily cleaning and towels replacement, nice breakfast. Quiet area and close to the metro station. And the kebap is delicious.

Bathroom ventilator does not work and the room has a mouldy smell because of it. The bathroom appliances slightly unstable, and the shower end Must be replaced, it spills water all over.

a really lovely independent hotel, with a pool , quiet calm clean and organised, an oasis in the chaos. 15 minute walk to the metro for the centre of Istanbul, 2 minutes to a Supermarket, lots of restaurants and cafe's and great food delivery locally, breakfast was plentiful and staff helpful and pleasant

The location is very good. It’s close to the metro where you can change to go to the airport or to the old town and that’s exactly why we wanted to stay there, because we had only one night in the city before going to the next destination and we wanted something with an easy and quick access.

The air conditioning was not working.

The ambience of the place. It was nice, spacious rooms and comfy hotel. The staff were excellent.

The best option to commute from hotel is to use metro which is 5 minutes. Uber and taxis are not reliable and take alot of time due to traffic etc.
