The apartment was bright, clean and spacious for a family of four. We loved the location which was in a quiet area of town but a short walk to the harbor and old town. Just outside the apartment we found a great coffee shop and two well stocked supermarkets meaning everything you need is on your doorstep. The hotel opposite serves beautiful food and cocktails with a glorious and unexpected sea view. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, making sure we had a great holiday and going out of their way to help us. Kalkan is a beautiful place and if we came back we would definitely stay here again.

Great location, next to two supermarkets and about 10/15 minute walk to the main strip and marina. The apartment was well equipped, clean and felt new. The pool area was tidy and pool loungers were really comfortable. The host was very friendly and went out of her way to assist us. The wifi and air con was excellent and all of the appliances worked. As other reviews say, you will need to bring your own washing up liquid, washing machine tablets, Tupperware/tinfoil, toiletries and beach towels, but I think this is quite obvious given that this is an apartment and not a hotel. I would stay again.

Our room (201) didn’t have any curtains in the main bedroom which meant we slept in the single beds in the spare room, which was a bit disappointing. The shower head could do with a good spray of limescale remover to get all of the jets working, but the shower was otherwise fine.

Fab location a doable walk to and from the old town. The hill was not as bad as expected! Right next to 2 great supermarkets and a lovely new coffee shop which had only just opened. Property grounds were maintained very nicely by the friendly facilities man. Pools were spotless. Very efficient AC too. Modern apartments with comfy beds and good Wifi. Good size accommodation and didn’t feel busy. Lots of sun loungers by the pool with plenty of sun or shade to choose from. Best part was the private little pool giving us the comfort of a villa without the extra expense making this quite a unique place. Views of hillside were also nice.

Some minor building related problems which were resolved quickly and items missing from apartment which were replaced without a problem. Additional signage and information about facilities in apartment would have helped. Would have appreciated some more items in kitchen such as a bottle of water on arrival, a few dishwasher tablets and cloths/towel and soap for dishes.

Beautiful, spacious and clean apartments, the welcome host was so friendly and helpful and the location was perfect.

Small welcome pack with dish cloths, hand soap, tea towel, washing up liquid etc. would have been very useful.

Amazing view from the top floor apartment. Really enjoyed using Yali beach which is a 12 minute walk away.

The cooking equipment was a bit limited. Ok for simple dinners. No clothes drier, tumble drier option but not environmentally friendly. No evidence of recycling.

Lovely, spacious apartment with our own private plunge pool. Modern decor and comfy beds. The shared pool area was great with plenty of comfy sun loungers. Good location with supermarkets, coffee shop and restaurants very near and just a short walk to the hustle and bustle of the old town.

A few more kitchen utensils could have been handy

Good apartments, very friendly personal. The beach is located in 10 minutes of the walk, but back way has climbs. And the beach is free for gests of apartment. In general we liked it, but it will be cool, if clinning will be more often, because we hadn't some one in 10 days

Great location, spacious apartment with great WiFi and A/c….really good value. Very close to a lovely supermarket and coffee shop makes it so convenient for a self catering stay

A little bit scruffy, decor a bit cheap, very limited stock of kitchen items.

I loved everything about this property. The one thing that stands out is how beautifully I was looked after by Ceri, who manages the hotel. The facilities were perfect, location amazing and hospitality better than any 5 star hotel. I honestly can’t wait to get back.
