This is undoubtedly the best place to stay in Kaş. If we ever come back, this will be where we book without a doubt! There's a reason all the other reviews are so positive.  The owners: The family that run it are the sweetest. They are so friendly and welcoming and really go the extra mile to ensure you have a comfortable stay and are well looked after. We felt like one of the family! Every morning there is a huge buffet breakfast - all lovingly homemade with fresh ingredients and impressive variety.  Location: Couldn't be more perfect. A 5 min walk into town, but slightly uphill so you get the best sunset / breakfast views. Similar distance to a big well stocked supermarket too.  The hotel: Immaculately presented and tastefully designed throughout. All the facilities and areas were really clean too. Room was perfect, nice space with a dishwasher and washing machine too. We opted for one of the fancier rooms with the hot tub on the balcony and it was truly worth every penny.  Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Absolutely nothing

There is a reason all the reviews are 5 stars for this place! The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable. The business is family owned and operated and the staff genuinely care for the guests. Every request of ours was accommodated. The location is also fantastic, you have a lovely view of the water and are 3 minutes from the main town! We had booked 3 nights here and 2 nights at another hotel on the peninsula and after seeing our second hotel, we came back to Aysima because it is the best option here.

Fantastic family run hotel. Attention to detail is everywhere - from breakfast to the room, only hotel so far in our trip in Turkey to provide iron and ironing board. Hotel is very clean. Best breakfast we had so far, food was very fresh and tasty, also every morning there was something new to try. Beautiful view from the balcony (if you book room with sea view), nice pool to cool down on the hot day. Hotel is few streets away from the town centre, you still get a little noise if you leave window open, but I can only imagine the noise if you stay in Kas city centre as some restaurants blast music till ~2 AM. Special thanks to the family and staff running this hotel, such a nice people making sure you have best stay possible.

Such a wonderful property, we stayed for 2 weeks this summer and everything was perfect. The family running it are very kind and helpful. The room was cleaned regularly and the location was great with just a short walk into town/to the beach and a beautiful view over Kas and the sunset every night. With a fully stocked kitchen and all our basics provided it was really like being at home, would highly recommend to anyone coming to Kas to stay in this hotel, a 5* experience

My stay at Aysima Hotel in Kas, Turkey was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the lovely family running the hotel. Their genuine care made me feel instantly at home. The breakfast spread was simply amazing, offering a delightful array of local delicacies that left me looking forward to each morning. The hospitality extended beyond meals, with the family always available to assist and ensure my stay was comfortable. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the breathtaking views from the hotel. Waking up to the serene vistas of Kas was a treat for the senses and added an extra layer of magic to the experience. Cleanliness is paramount to me when traveling, and I was thoroughly impressed by the spotless condition of the hotel. It's evident that the family takes great pride in maintaining their establishment to the highest standards. What pleasantly surprised me was the incredible value for money. That I couldn't stay longer.

If I could give this place and the family that runs it an eleventh star I would. Our room was well appointed, very comfortable and clean and we had a great little balcony with fantastic views over the town of Kas and the Med. Perfect for an evening drink as you watch the gorgeous sunsets. The buffet breakfast that they make fresh each morning is so good and we really looked forward to it each day. They have a great pool as well that we used several times. But as mentioned earlier the stars of this hotel are the family that run it. They just couldn't do enough for us to ensure that our stay was an enjoyable experience.

This is not a negative as such, but for those who are unable to or don't like walking up some steps or inclines from the main town then maybe this is not for you. If you have a hire car/scooter or use taxis then this wont be an issue. It didn't worry us too much.

On the last day of our stay at the hotel, our neighbors changed, this spoiled the impression greatly... they smoked on the balcony all the time! we tried to enjoy the sunset on the balcony, on the next balcony our neighbors also watched the sunset and smoked incessantly((After dinner we couldn’t sit on the balcony for the same reason. There are no questions about the hotel itself, rather the human factor. But if this had happened from the first day, it would be very unpleasant.

Our stay at Aysima Hotel was perfect in every way. Kemal and his family are so lovely and very hospitable - nothing was too much for them. Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean and very spacious, and our view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool was also great and so clean. And to top it off, the breakfast was absolutely amazing - the selection food was great and it was all so delicious. Aysima Hotel is a holiday we’ll never forget, thank you so much Kemal and your lovely family😊

The hotel was exceptionally well presented. The rooms are well designed and they seem to be polished and cleaned every day. The pool area and reception is kept very clean and sparkling. The staff in the hotel were very nice and looked after us exceptionally. The breakfasts were the best in Turkey. The hotel is quite close to the activity areas in town, which is another bonus. It's a short but steep walk into town but that means you have great views when you're back at the hotel.

This was our favorite stay on our trip. We were met at our car when we arrived and our two (heavy) suitcases were carried up the stairs for us! There is a lift once you are inside to reach the rooms. Room was very clean with an excellent view from the balcony. The staff was amazing, but the breakfast ---- oh. my. *Incredible* This is a family run hotel and we will be so lucky to go back and stay there again - maybe when it is warm enough to enjoy the pool.
