The location was great. Just down the street from the marina, busy square and old village. The roof top deck had a lovely view. The initial guy on the front desk helped us with parking right down the street. Great restaurant across the street in a hotel literally on the water.

The hotel was a bit bland/antiseptic. When I book boutique hotels, I’m hoping for some character. This had little. Our room had very little decoration. We paid extra for a sea view, which we did have but it was divided by a hotel across the street. It would have been more accurate to call it a “partial” sea view. The shower water circulated between hot and cold a bit. The front desk was unmanned and fair bit.

I cannot wait to come back to Kas and I would definitely come back and stay at Kas Old Town. The staff was friendly, responsive, and always available. The hotel is located down a quieter street and a safe walk to the city center. The views from their terrace are beautiful. The breakfast every morning was the best I had anywhere in Turkey. The staff cooked dishes every morning and sets up a beautiful spread with water views. The hotel is located next to quieter bars, coffeeshops, and restaurants so there are a lot of options. The vibe of the hotel was relaxed and welcoming and the staff was so helpful when I encountered some travel challenges. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. I also stayed on the peninsula for 2 nights and I realized how much better it was to stay in the city center. There are so many beach clubs just up the road that it doesn't make sense to stay on the peninsula and pay more at a resort. It is just too far. I also had access to a private beach area shared by this hotel and adjacent hotels. You will be happy booking with Kas Old Town Hotel.

Kaş Old Town Hotel is such a lovely, peaceful hotel with an absolutely stunning view from its terrace. Ercan Bey is the most supportive, informative host who genuinely does his best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Baran Bey is also very helpful. We adored breakfast, everything felt fresh and natural. Overall: highly and wholeheartedly recommended!

we were a large group of 3 families with young children and really enjoyed our stay at the Old Town Hotel. this boutique hotel is well maintained, very clean and our family room was very spacious (2 rooms in one with the door separating the rooms). breakfast, staff, location- everything was amazing! highly recommend it!

Excellent accommodation in Kas on an excellent location. The staff is very friendly willing to go the extra mile to satisfy customers. Our interaction during the check in was with Denis who deserves a shout out for his friendliness and attitude. Professional and friendly at the same time uplifting the check in, check out experience and overall interaction in case you need any information regarding Kas. The breakfast was really nice with great variety, fulfilling the expectations people have about the Turkish breakfast if they're into it. Not many options if you desire a full English such as bacon but that was something we really admired. You may find those on the all-inclusive resorts, but you may need to review why you want an English breakfast when travelling to meet new places, cultures and cuisines.

The view of the rooms wasn't anything special. However, there is a rooftop on the 3rd floor where breakfast is served and the view on the bay absolutely compensates you.

This hotel is amazing!! It is in the perfect spot - it is a close walk to the centre of town & old town where all the shops and restaurants are. There is a great beach club across the road and some restaurants right outside/next to the hotel. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. One of the staff members stayed up until 2am so we could check in which we were very grateful for. They also organised a private taxi transfer from Antalya to the hotel late on a Friday night for us (thank you!!) The breakfast is great and the view from the rooftop (where breakfast is served) is stunning. The room was spacious and clean - they cleaned our rooms daily and gave us fresh towels. They washed our clothes for a small fee. I would 100% stay here again.

Fantastic location in the old town.

The bed didn’t have a top sheet (which I know is common in a lot of places), but the blanket seemed worn and not something I wanted to sleep directly under. Also, one of the reasons we booked this property was due to its private beach area. However it was closed for the season during our stay, while other properties still had their beach areas open. The website should include this info so guests won’t be disappointed. It wasn’t a huge deal and we ended up lounging and eating at Muni’s across the street.

Large very clean room that matched advertised photos. Location excellent and the sea just across the road. Great air conditioner. Excellent shower pressure and hot water. Nice breakfast which you can order the day/night before

The loud bangs that vibrated up to 2nd floor (presume doors but we weren't sure). Reception was often not there. The young boy was more interested in his mobile than checking who was coming/going, rarely smiled and didn't listen carefully to questions. The other couple with baby were smiley and friendly. I suggest a bell or buzzer if there is no one at reception as we weren't sure how to make contact? Scraping of chairs above us on the rooftop when breakfast is being set up. Not a fault but just to be known by those considering this accommodation. There is no elevator - wide stairs but 3 floors to the rooftop.

Amazing experience! Super friendly staff, clean rooms, amazing breakfast for a reasonable price (especially the homemade jams were exquisite), beautiful sea view from the rooftop which is the breakfast room and free to use for guests during the rest of the day. Nice partner beach bar across the street with a jetty to jump in the sea. They also hooked us up with airport transfer for a reasonable price (lower than what we could find ourselves). Thank you to the whole hotel team for the great experience!
