Everything is new and clean. Beach is 2 minutes walk.

There is only one small shop around, which is about a kilometer away, and it has no vegetables or fruits (you have to go all the way to Demre to find those). Traffic noise (because of the highway in front of the hotel).

Very spacious rooms and they are new, like the whole building. Nice view - first time in 3 years I was not overwhelmed by other buildings - the are is not beautiful nor ugly (has a see view and mountains) but at least you can breathe with your eyes standing near window or on balcony, last time we had such feeling during stay on Sri Lanka. Very nice and welcoming stuff. Plenty of parking places. Wild ram walking in the area! - what I find really cool, at the begging we thought it was a sheep, but then we saw this angry big eyes and horns, good that we have options to hide.

Water was too cold and room temperature was not warm either (however using AC to warm it up), hopefully anyone who stay in the summer period want face this issues. In my opinion owner should start legal inquiry against construction crew that left the brand new rooms with so many shortcomings. Breakfast is aimed for children (French fries), we had a real problem to find anything to eat, fortunately stuff made specially for us omelets which was very nice of them in other words for the price we paid that service is ok.

This is a really lovely family-run apartment block. I felt very safe here as a line female traveller. It is beautifully clean and great value for money, really near a nice quiet clean beach. The location is quite quiet and a bit out of the way, but it is on the main Kaş - Antalya bus route which will also take you into Demre. If you had a car this would be perfect as there's lots of parking here. The apartment was super great value for money.

The WiFi wasn't working in the apartment but you could use it at reception. I was expecting a washing machine to be in the apartment, but there wasn't one. I'm sure you would be able to wash clothes here if you asked though.

the family managing the hotel are excellent host, helpful and very friendly. they will prepare everything fresh for the breakfast whatever you say the rooms are very clean and have all the facility for washing cooking.

only problem is the location is far from the main city if you have the car then no problems what so ever.

Loved the staff, so friendly and eager to help!Also very tolerant of us non- Turkish speaking visitors. The room was spacious and well maintained, very clean. Everything we needed.

The location was quite some distance to any shop or town, but the staff totally made up for it by giving us free rides to a market and bus station and it was very near the beach.

The apartment was very clean and very spacious and bright. Lots of balconies and windows. Very friendly and helpful stuff. We were offered a couple of free rides to town (which is 4 km away), one of which was extremely convenient because otherwise we would have to carry our heavy backpacks all the way to Demre bus terminal. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Quiet place. Nice, clean room, clean bathroom.

It is a bit far from main attraction ms, so you need your car to get around.

Very spacious apartment with two balconies. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Right across from the beach park and a restaurant. The owners are super nice and cook a delicious breakfast.

We had a large and clean apartment, equipped with everything we needed (refrigirator, electric kettle). We stayed 1 night, the place was rigth near our itinerary.

There was a very noisy party close by, luckily the laud music lasted until 12 o'clock. It's not their fault, but it made our stay uncomfortable. There was half used shower gel in the shower and a pair of forgotten slippers.

Nice and welcoming hosts. Clean. Good elevator. They also serve traditional breakfast in the morning for extra (very modest) cost.

It’s not a disadvantage, just be aware that there is nothing to do there if you have no car. City center is far away by foot (around 5 -7 minutes drive by car), no choice of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
