Great staff, were very kind when I arrived to store luggage before check in. Thanks to the lady and gentlemen who also sorted an issue with my key card - a mistake but handled promptly and with humour. Breakfast had a great choice with some variation each day, again restaurant staff were great. Room was large and spotless. Airport is 10 mins in taxi. Town centre a bit less but is walkable in 15-20 mins.

Nice stay at a convenienct location not far from the airport, easy check-in process, helpful staff and a decent restaurant downstairs. Luckily we got the room facing the residential area. The room was spacious with a bright and clean bathroom with a shower corner, super water pressure and toiletries provided. The bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but comfy enough. There is ample parking space too.

I wasn't keen on the cigarette smell in the corridor.

The food and desserts were great and affordable. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Location is close to the airport and to the center of the city.

Lots of noises as the hotel is located between the main road and railway. Breakfast was pricey and the quality of the breakfast did not match the price.

It was nice and clean. Big room ,clean bathroom. The location was good as we had an early morning flight .

The only thing that we didn't like was that the AC wasn't cooling at all. With windows open, it was too loud. Because of that , I didn't sleep well. But we didn't inform the reception, maybe they could have done something.

The hotel provides the transport arrangement to Erciyes Ski Resort and assist us for the airport transfer. Location quite near to the Kayseri ASR airport.
