The staff are very nice but most of them have to use the translator to fully understand what one needs. There's a lot of variety of food. Lots of free drinks all day including bottled water, tea, coffee, coke, beer, cocktails, etc One can walk to the Marina in 30 mins & it's a lovely walk with seating everywhere to rest or stop and watch the sun go down. The little #1 bus is also available outside the Hotel and is only 15 TL for any trip. The room we got was large with fridge, TV, kettle, free water every day. A double bed & a single. I was with my daughter who had crutches due to a fractured ankle, so the extra space was excellent for our needs. The Bathroom had a hairdryer, soap and plenty towels. The shower was good & strong.

There's no wifi anywhere except in the lobby / reception area. The hotel is very old so the carpets & many things need upgrading. The skirting boards were coming off the walls in places, and many windows & elevator doors were very dirty. The rooms smell like stale or old or like an old peoples home. I cried when I was given the room because I was tired & the room smelled bad. The tap was wobbling / broken. I asked for a refund but the manager did her best to understand via translater, then she gave us another room which was fresher & nicer. I was so grateful & finally felt peace. It was so busy full of guests from bulgaria, serbia, russians, iranians, polish, etc and everyone pushes their way to the food, kids had no manners, some had extreem bad manners, Every one takes the food like there's no tomorrow & even takes it away with them after they eat as if they're stacking it up in Their rooms or suitcases, The pool area has all the seats reserved with towels or clothing even before it opens. So, I was never able to sit by the pool. It's so crazy. The guests go before breakfast at times and claim all the sunbeds. Not one but many. Everyone for their own. No one speaks to you, nor speaks english. The staff are always so kind trying to serve you or help you. I had doctor & dental appointments, so I asked for help with Taxi's etc. The Hotel should have some rules about taking food. At times you arein a queue waiting for something nice being cooked but then the person in front of you takes all 8 or 10 leaving you nothing till the next round is cooked. Everyone stacks up food in their plates like unbelievable behaviour. No consideration. No shame. No manners. No sympathy & then so much food also is wasted & binned. An experience I'll never forget. It says in public areas: Please do NOT take food to rooms. With no shame, guests take piles of fruit out, stacks of sweets, cakes, etc.

Variety of foods.

You need to change 3 lift to reach the beach. The lifts are very old and slow, long time to wait the lift on the queue was unpleasant.
