The hotel is famous for its thermal baths. Both indoor and outdoor pools were very nice. The food at the restaurant was quite a lot but the quality not the best you can eat.

Our room was a Suite with Jacuzzi but suddenly the jakuzzi wasn't working. They brought a technician but still we couldn't use it. There was only a wc inside the master bedroom and the other person who is sleeping in the living room should also come to this wc which was not so comfortable and no privacy.

Had several rooms in this hotel (June 21-23, 2023) The hotel is well kept, clean rooms, has thermal pool and other pools.

Very limited English. Somehow difficult to communicate with hotel reception employes. Lots of flies and insects flying over the buffet food in the restaurant. The hotel is far away from Kusadasi city center (45 minute to 1 hour drive). There is a public bus, shuttle (about $1 US dollar each way, but no air-conditioning and is full of people, you may have to travel standing up, since it seems to be very busy at all times.

The hotel is modern and is a good 5 *. The food was well prepared and tasty. It was very good value for money. The only extra you pay for is the alcoholic drinks. Despite being the only English family there the entertainment and bar staff worked really hard to make it an enjoyable break for our 14year old grandson and I cannot thank them enough. Fun, games and colourful cocktails kept him entertained day and night. All the staff were very friendly.

Miles out of kusadasi, but that is reflected in the price.

everything was spot on! the breakfast could have done with some more diversity, but other than that, all was amazing! cannot describe in words how nice all the staff is! thank you for having us❤️

The hotel is fairly new and modern however the location is pretty remote.

It’s not the property per say, when it came to food I feel like there weren’t that many option to pick from the buffet. As a person who cannot have tomatoes all the dishes included tomatoes, whether it sauce or paste or actually chunky tomatoes. And for breakfast the only option where eggs or cold cuts, again as a person who doesn’t eat eggs or cold cuts ( due to health reasons btw) that didn’t leave me much to eat. Usually in 5 star all inclusive hotels the buffet holds a variety of options at least that’s what I’m used to. There should be a bit of consideration to what people are able to eat and not eat.

Hotel and outdoor pools were nice, plenty of choice for buffet dinner and breakfast. Reception staff very nice and helpful. Nice beach club but should not be described at beachfront was 7-8 min drive to the beach.

Unfortunately on arrival bedroom floor had not been cleaned, food and footprints. For a 5 star hotel I would not expect this or the holes in the pillow case. Fly screen on the balcony impossible to open and close. The indoor pool had broken tiles on the steps into the water which is dangerous.

Not the best location, many drinks not included in all inclusive. The thermal pool looked dirty and not at all like it would cure anything. Lots of family with screaming kids- beware it attacks that type of family. Not the most elegant or fancy place. Very average and less than what it shows. Definitely not 5 stars, maybbbeee 4 star.
