Hospitality is sacred on both sides of the Aegeus. We felt among friends with the staff and we must thank for ever all the personnel of the kitchen, the restaurant, the entrance, ladies at reception and at floors. They are persons with a great heart. In the Hotel there are a lot of surprises. We lived a literally fantastic experience that we will never forget for the eternity. In the future we would like to go back with children and find a play ground inside and outside. This is an idea for the management and the owners

My recent stay at Kapadokya Hill hotel was great from the cheerful welcome from Dolunay to the traditional goodbye "pouring of water" from Enes and the other staff was unexpected but really heartwarming. The hotel is beautiful. The staff that we interacted were very helpful and accommodating. Dolunay, Sedef, Noolo and Enes were all very friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The traditional Turkish pancakes at breakfast were delicious. The spa treatments were great... I really enjoyed my first Turkish bath. The language barrier wasn't too bad. The staff spoke much better English than my Turkish. They even helped us to learn a few basic greetings. The only times there was major language barrier was when we wanted to order lunch one day but for some reason that wasn't able to communicated. We were seated and looked at the menu but no one ever came to take our order. We wound up going back to the room to order room service from the same guy who didn't take our lunch order, so we figured there was a misunderstanding and not done intentionally. Also, one other small thing to note... if you have more than one person in the room that likes to use wash cloths, that was hard to communicate with the staff but we eventually got it together. So learn the word for wash cloth 😁.

It would have been nice to have been reminded of the hotels policy about outside food when we checked in. We weren't aware until we returned to the hotel and were forced to eat our pizza on the hotel porch, even though it appeared they didn't really want to even let us do that. Also, there wasn't much outside of the hotel. you couldn't really walk to anything - so it was a slightly out of the way. We were also told that by two folks who had to pick us up for excursions.

the spa and the breakfast is amazing.

well the pictures shows something and advertised as cave but it is not. only the premium category has underground and but it is extra which is about 700$ on top.

This hotel impressed me from the start. My room was beautifully furnished and comfortable, with stunning views that I could enjoy right from my window. The peacefulness of the location was a welcome respite, and the breakfast and dining experiences were absolutely top-notch.

While the hotel offered a peaceful escape, located about 3 kilometers from the city center, it's important to consider if this distance works for your needs.A convenient option was booking a red tour directly through the reception. However, a €20 payment fee on top of the tour cost was unexpected. It might be worth checking if this fee applies to all tours or if there are alternative booking options.My experience with the reception staff was mixed. While Firdes was incredibly helpful and friendly, the overall impression leaned towards professionalism rather than warmth.

Location was perfect, outside of the busy tourist area. The rooms were huge and the decor was very nice. All of the staff were very attentive and always available. The outdoor pool was amazing, we had it to ourselves for most of the stay! The food/drinks were very nice and reasonably well priced, we had a lovely meal served by Mesut who was very happy to give advice on what dishes to try and also recommended the local beer which was delicious. The spa was incredible, the staff were again very attentive and I would highly recommend the Turkish bath!

Everything was better than we had hoped for.

The staff was the best part. They were super attentive, extremely polite and more than willing to help with anything and everything. They knew what I wanted before I asked. They were EXTremely accommodating. Especially the 3 women who worked at the reception, they made my stay even better than what it was. Two of the female staff even went out of there way to help me with my transportation back home because I missed my flight. One of them even paid with her card because mine was booked. They deserve the world. One of their names were Nilufer. She helped with finding us a way to get back home. She booked the bus for us. And the other was Firdes who used her card to make the purchase. Also, Fatima, she was the one who would call us cabs, and arrange excursions and deal with any language barrier trouble we were having. Sedef also had a part in all of this as well.

I came on a motor bike to Kapadokkia. The hotel is really nice. Stuff at reception (i am very sorry i forgot the name), a very nice lady helped me so much with all the stuff at the hotel, guys from the lakanta and restaurant made great dinner and nargile))) everybody was very welcoming.

Location too close to the main road, could be a bit noisy. But it was my mistake i didn't checked in details. I was traveling on bike and it was more advantage than disadvantage. Pics of the room didn't correspond to what i ordered, but i was just sleeping in the hotel, so it was not a big prob for me.

The room itself was very luxurious and so were the facilities. This clearly is a 5-star hotel which would be ideal for the right guest. Reception and hotel staff were friendly and spoke English. Restaurant was decent. The view of Gore from the front of the hotel was spectacular.

The location, i realized after booking but my reservation was non-refundable. You're stuck on a motorway and the only way in or out is by car which means you either need to book a taxi everywhere or hire a car. Lesson learned from me to always check the location before booking, to be fair for the right guest this hotel would be perfect but not great for a solo traveller. The bathroom wasn't well designed. Showers really need to be enclosed otherwise water gets EVERYWHERE which it did. The whole floor was lierally covered in water and a bath mat was useless here.

I can't rate this hotel highly enough. Though it was built in 2017 as I was informed but it looks like a new built hotel. It is the cleanest hotel in the area. The staff were very hospitable and in particular Nilufer ( the lady with the cutest smily face), if you are planning to go there just ask for her support and then you will get what you ask for. We booked two rooms: 1- family suite for our 3 kids 2-premium cave suite for myself and my wife. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. I am not sure if I can properly describe how amazing the experience we had in the cave suite with short words. Just go a head and try it. Don’t forget to light up the fireplace as it makes the room warmer and more romantic. The breakfast is amazing. There are varieties of dishes and including Turkish Food. They offer a fresh baked bread at no additional charges. Not to forget to recommend making reservation for balloon trip through the hotel front desk as they know a very professional agency. Thanks to Nilufer and all hotel staff.

some receptionist aren't willing to help in the ballon experience 😕 tour we have to book outside the hotel after days telling them to help us ..... :(( except for ihsan he was very cool friendly and dealing with rest of tours perfectly.
