My family and I enjoyed a delightful stay. The serene ambiance, coupled with a warm and respectful staff, created a welcoming atmosphere. The resort's team, embodying Maldives-level hospitality, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The highlight undoubtedly was the outstanding food—fresh, diverse, and with a special nod to their thoughtful provision of baby food. Christmas and New Year festivities added a festive touch, complete with generous gifts. The poolside activities and fireplace were enjoyable. In summary, our family is immensely pleased with our stay, and we look forward to returning in the future. The positive experience, combined with reasonable pricing, makes this resort a standout choice. Kudos to the team for making our holiday truly special.

The open hallways posed a chilly challenge, since it is all-season hotel will be goot to have closed or be air-conditioned for better and more convinient movements especially for babies. Also, while the poolside activities and fireplace were enjoyable, a more diverse range of activities, and also the heated pool was still cold for me the indoor and outdoor ones, I believe it can be better in terms of increasing the temperature.

We could appreciate the great service from waiters at the buffet and in the restaurants. The choice of dishes where great, especially the way everything was flavored and spiced up. We loved the fresh orange juice as well. The lunch options at the pools are superb, as well as the drinks and cocktails. We also appreciated the overall respect of the other guests. Simply one of the best hotels we have had in Turkey, especially if you like a fresh green environment, quality service. For families looking for a stay with children, there is no big aqua park, nor lots to do for teenagers.

Some rooms have noise from the air-conditioning outside, as well as the car-traffic near the Hotel. The bathroom in the double bedroom suites are small. The coffee in the main buffet restaurant is not great; the coffee house should be opened a little bit sooner so you can grab a coffee there for breakfast.

Very well organised around the tourists needs, great beach bar, great QR based ordering from the sun beds on the beach, very nice property decoration and high share of green vegetation. The entertainment was great too.

The property is great. Would be great to find a way to remove the big stones from the water or to isolate them to prevent injuries. Also the plastic walking peer is looking bad.

Room overlooking the pool, big enough, daily cleaning. The minibar is refilled daily, the staff are kind and helpful. The very comfortable mattress ensured a restful sleep. Absolutely delicious and varied breakfast. Anyone could find something they liked. The other meals were also very rich in vegetables, meats, salads and divine desserts.

The rooms are not well insulated. The entrance doors to the room are not perfectly sealed, they have space at the bottom, and the corridors of the hotel are paved with stone/tile so that all the noises are heard in the room amplified (e.g. like the rattling of dishes or the rolling of the wheels of the carts used in the room services). You can always hear the footsteps of children running in the hallways, doors slamming late at night or early in the morning. These things are very disturbing.

Food was very good. The location and garden is very nice. Umbrella service at the reception . The staff at the reception is very kind and helpfull. The hotel has very nice furniture and looks like discribed on the internet.

It was very dark in the residence , hotel and outside to walk around in the resort. Very dangerous to walk from the residence to the restaurant when it's dark. There was one heated pool outside but januari is a bit cold to swim :-). The prices are high. The WIFI is not suitable to do a workcation. We had to ask the housekeeping to put clean glases for the minibar that they forgot every day.

- the food was diverse and delicious - the room was big and clean - we even got a feee upgrade to a jacuzzi room - the beach is awesome, you can order stuff from the bar and the drinks are brought to your table - everyone is nice and warm and helpful - there were enough sun beds at the beach for everyone - although the hotel is for families, they have 16+ areas both at the beach and at the restaurant - they have lots of cats, well fed and really friendly - the hotel is also pet-friendly, some guests were there with their dogs

- the only thing that is not great but not exactly a problem of the hotel is the fact that the beach is pretty rocky, although the water is clear and clean you can’t see all the rocks at the bottom, you can hurt yourself pretty bad if you’re not careful

Third time visit to Barut Hemera. Comfortable, green territory. Professional reception and guest relation support. Realiable transfer arrangements to/from Antalya airport. Wonderful food quality at the buffet. Nice thematic restaurants. Clean beach. Tennis court, yoga classes for the guests. Appreciate enhancements after feedback from visitors: + Warmer water in the indoor pool now: some 26C instead of 24C. + Priority à la carte restaurant reservation for loyal guests.

Still to be improved: - Towel stand at the beach still open just till 10:30. Not enough clean towels for all guests during the day. This point can be easily fixed. - Bugs in the Barut Hotel App. Password reset requires manual intervention. Kindly automatize, or drop password log in altogether: room number, birth date and email address should be sufficient for identification. - Overall wine quality on the wine lists. Go for Castellani Chianti for the reds and Chenin Blanc from South Africa for the whites.

Excellent customer service in reception, restaurants, spa everywhere. Awesome customer service provided by Isin, Vural, Dursun and 2 people (girl and men sorry I forgot their names ) at coffee shop. These baristas made me the best cortiado! :) Also there was an Excellent food, rooms, and the hotel had like boutique spa feel hotel. I think it’s the best hotel in Side. We stayed there long time.

Internet connection wasn’t the best. Also if it’s off season there is only one pool heated.

The property has everything you need to have a beautiful stay, the pools (private pool you have just a few steps from your bed is especially amazing), spacious green areas with wonderful trees and flowers, very nice sand beach and amazing spa you should definitely pay a visit. Service was great, there is no thing that you could possibly need that you can’t get. Food was delicious in every restaurant, great choice of cheese, salads, sweets, you name it. Every recommendation for this hotel, you won’t make s mistake by choosing it, for sure!

Blankets are too heavy and thick, not very suitable for summertime.

- very friendly personnel (Ukrainian-speaking lobby, waiters at restaurants and bars, etc.), especially barista Mahir! He really loves his job and made us a great coffee every day - good all-in-inclusive range of food in the main restaurant as well as in the a-la-carte restaurants and in the patisserie - enough entertainment for kids and adults - very green (with enough shadows) and clean territory with its own beach - cozy location near the main promenade to Side - many cats on the territory which you can feed all the time - nice in- and outside pools with heating - great saunas, hammam and thai massage - easy and priceworthy car rental at the hotel

- too many Russians at the hotel - lack of rooms equipment and not very comfortable beds - a bit poor wifi with slow or no connection
