The staff on reception were very friendly, also staff in bars and restaurant were friendly and do everithing dan guests feel great. The man on the beach clean every 5 minutes, area on the pool cleanong also.

Women who clean rooms don't doing their job corectly. They left cup for coffee in sink in the bathroom. I was in a lot of hotels in Side, but this is first time to someone left dirthy dishes. On the adjacent balkony five days I whached cigarette butts on the floor, and they didn't clean that. So, I wanna say than Kirman should controle this woman, because it is important than guests feel good.

Great experience.. we travelled with our 1 year old, the staff were so helpful! The pool area was great, the waterslides were fantastic. Loads of amenities, lots to do we had a great time and will gladly come back again.

The cleaners didn't really service the rooms that well.. some days it looked like they had only arranged our bed cover and left.. Outside our room there was dirt and popcorn all over the floor, from when we arrived to when we left, it was not hoovered, I thought it was very poor that the corridors were not regularly hoovered.

Great variety of amazing food, superb swimming pools and amazing water slides for kids and adults too :) Staff was amazing, they went above and beyond every day to make sure customers were satisfied with the service etc. WIFI available all around the hotel and at the pools which was great.

I wouldn't say I did not like it, more like I was really surprised by it but the room cleaners for some reason had problems with taking back the plates and glasses we received from the hotel for our son's birthday which was very nice surprise for our son. It was all ready for them put together on the desk but for 2-3 days cleaners would not take it away. Also the hotel part of the beach was very small but we visited it only once because the water slides did a great job for all our family so we mainly stayed at the pools.

The rooms and the entire resort were spotless and clean. I liked the fact drinks were delivered to the sun beds and loungers. I like the abundance of shower and products in the rooms. The AC was also new and had no smell. I also like the food was rotated daily and there was a theme night each night. Drinks and food catered to a wide variety of tastes and was abundant.

The Al La Carte restaurants were chaotic. The food was good but the hit or miss. Some of the waiting staff were a little confused about their role and were awkward. Beach was underwhelming. At an hour, the Distance from the airport was longer than expected. Outside the grounds, The hotel was surrounded by stores trying to sell overpriced generic rubbish.

Great pools. Cleaning seems to be done properly: hotel, pools and gardens. A lot of variety of food. cooked food is great while sweets are not always the best. Management strives for the better and that makes a difference.

The beach is really small. other hotels have a lot more beach space but the Side beach is not particularly inviting. You can enjoy the beach even if the sunbeds of these hotel are fewer than for other hotels. The sound of the pool activities and of the evening parties was too loud for our taste. A 30% reduction would be great.

Hotel looks nice, loved that they offer table tennis and have some evening entertainment. Gym was ok, food was great and overall a lovely experience

Badminton outside is a joke, should not be advertised. Broken rackets, cheapest and unusable even for a kid. People would love to be able to play this sport, so if it is being promoted as outdoor activity please make this enjoyable. Purchase some proper rackets and shuttles, should not be too expensive surely for this kind of hotel.

The staff.

No lifeguard on all pools. Indoor pool did not have a lifeguard

The resort is beautiful. The rooms are beautiful. The grounds are beautiful and the biggest restaurant had so many options and was really good. The pool always had seats and the drinks were made well. I loved everything.

They don't clean the rooms very well. The good at the alacarte restaurant is so bad. We left half way. The beach is okay not the greatest. The staff are not that friendly at all. They seem like they hate their job. But still overall it was a great stay.

Easy access to the beach, big swimming pools, waterslides all are exceeding the value for money. Food was OK. No variety, same everyday. Staff was helpful. I think all in all i got what i paid for Would i go back again? For the same price i would try somewhere else next time hoping for a better experience All in all thanks kirman calyptus for the pleasant vacation.

The swimming pools water was cold, I dont know if the hotel made it colder or not. But when i went to the sea, the water was perfectly aligned with the temperature (about 31-33) during the sunlight. No Fresh juices whatsoever. No soya milk for my young allergic son When asked for milkshake at around 4 pm, was told the hotel was out of milk.. They didnt fill the minibar, only when we called Ala carte restaurant(the italian) was more of the buffet food in a different style.
