Very nice hotel, good location although not on first line but very short walk to the beach. Staff very polite and friendly, food was plenty and the variety of the fruits and vegetables for winter month was amazing. Lavinia coffee area was our favorite- very nice coffee. Pool area is big and clean, inside pool is big too and hamam and spa area nice and clean. The hole area is beautiful with plenty pathways for running ,walking or just sitting on a bench and admiring the views.

The bed and the pillows was not comfortable and the air-conditioning in the second room was not working.

The hotel is very beautiful and there is everything you need to spend a relaxing and pleasant holiday

A lovely hotel with very good customer service, pictures on booking.com are accurate in how the hotel looks so nothing disappointed us.

Buffet options could be better

The food choice was good and varied. Very large well maintained pool. My room was spacious and clean. The girl who did my room was brilliant. She was so friendly and kept the room spotless. I am a solo traveller. A little smile and hello is always appreciated. Wifi was ok.

The staff at the front desk . They need customer service training. Lesson 1 - smiling is ok. It's such a pity as let's the rest of the team down.

Food was very good, you could find something for everyone! Everything was fresh and tasty! Rooms was ok, would like if there were body lotion, but thats not most important! :) staff was great, really friendly, helpful and nice! Thank you!

There were some small things that i would change, but nothing major! For the money we spent for this hotel, everything was graeat! Just dont buy anything in shop on the hotel theritory, just outside hotel there were a lot of shops that was so much cheaper!! :D

It's a good place a bit removed from the city center. You need to catch a minibus or a taxi if you want to get there. The food was quite varied.

5 meals per day, food was rich and diverse, and very good - great options for vegetarians there as well (though I'm not one). Nice fresh tomatoes for January, good cheese, overall the food was plenty and tasty.

It was not next to any beach, and Side tends to look a bit like a ghost town in winter. Reception staff did not know how to smile and they always started out a conversation in Russian (rather than English). The lobby bar was staffed by 4-5 people, but only one would serve clients at any time (presumably to control costs).

I love everything about the hotel. I had a really good time. I went for a short break in November I’m coming back again for sure! Thanks for making my holiday memorable Oz hotel!

I would have loved it if I had a list of all facilities and services at the hotel with their contact info and opening times during check-in. I had a list for the main restaurant and it was very helpful.

Staff was friendly and let us have lunch while waiting for our check in to be finished. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Many food choices throughout the day and short walk to the beach. We had the option from the Animators to go out and party at the Old Town which was a great experience. Staff at the Spa were very nice and accommodating. If you go out of the hotel, there are many stores to go shopping.

Alcohol included was not good quality - I suggest that in the future, they put an option for guests to pay extra to get better drinks. A bit of waiting as sometimes there's no table for big groups when the special food offered outside.
