Vey family oriented hotel, suitable for kids. While we were a mother and her teenage daughter. But we enjoyed it. Staff was great especially Yahya he was very cooperative. Also Guldal and ludmila were very nice. Rooms are spacious. Food was amazing. Beach is long and beautiful. Swimming pool is big though hardly you can find available sunbed. Shows at night were very good.

One of the two beds was not really comfortable. Staff needs to be trained on how to comunicate in English. Hardly any can speak English and that was a challenge for us.

The food at this hotel is excellent, most of our group were vegetarians and there were always plenty of options and the kitchen team were happy to accommodate a special menu for us to enjoy at the a la carte restaurants. The entertainment staff were also very helpful and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, especially the kids. The hotel had great facilities and was vey well maintained. Good sized rooms.

Many of the staff did not speak good English which we don't have an issue with but it made communicating slightly difficult, especially with the reception staff at times. The red brick path leading to the water slides get very hot when in the direct sun, be careful, especially going to the top slides. The beach is not the best but this is nature.

The staff was very helpful. The animation was great, and the kids activities were wonderful. Our children enjoyed it. The pool was good and not so crowded even though it was in the mid of July. It is very close to the beach. There are food everywere, snacks, ice cream and beverages.

The lights in the room weren't good enough and the lights in the shower didn't work. It is far from the city, and taxis cost alot to get anywhere. Although it is all inclusive hotel, not everything is free, like the cotton candy, popcorn and the arcade are extra money and the turkish hammam is very expensive. The coffee at the restaurants is awful, but there is a good coffee in the cafe which is very good coffee.

WiFi availability was very bad, practically no connection available in the room

Loved everything about the Hotel, facilities, location. We wanted a relaxing all inclusive holiday where we could relax after a long time without a break. It was amazing and such great value for money. No fighting over sunbeds at pool or beach. You had to get there at a reasonable time and there were the odd people who put towels out by 8am but even when we’d get to the pool or beach after Breakfast about 9.30 there were plenty of beds. The food in the buffet and bars plus the drink were excellent. We didn’t feel any need to book into any of the restaurants but it was there if we wanted. The Staff were great, so friendly.

I loved everything. Maybe if I had to pick something out I’d have liked a brighter light in the bedroom for getting ready in the evening but that’s do minor it’s hardly worth the mention

Probably the greatest hotel to travel with kids (and I have traveled with kids to Turkey for more than 10 times). Amazing kid klubs for different ages: baby playroom, kids club, teen club. A lot of playgrounds and great activities. Special family area with kid's food selection and tables of different sizes for families to dine with the most comfort. A waterpark where people of different ages could find a fun. My 1 y.o. just loved an octopus baby slide, while adult family members enjoyed big adventure slides. The food was very good, especially meat, potatoes and rice, as well as fruits. Even fish and sausages were of very decent quality which is rare for Turkey. The room is clean and comfortable. The sea view is a very fair full frontal sea view, not a glimpse of sea as it is sometimes happens. We could enjoy sea sunset from our balcony. Turkish bath is amazing, we used it after each pool session, as pools are not so warm in Oktober. On the other side, the sea was very warm and clean thanks to the rocky ground. The staff is very friendly, the baby loved them all.

I am used to hard mattresses and the one in the room was way to soft. Towel changing station on the sea would be a great addition to the only one near the pool.

The staff of reception was rude and not welcoming at all and gave us wrong indications they should take courses in guest services and communication. -There are no enough places in pool for all the poeple. -the choice of music by the Dj wasn't good everyone left after 30 minutes. -there is rocks in the beach

Everything was great. The room was neat and clean with a nice view of the pool, the sea, palm trees and a Turkish cafe.😊 The sound and smell of coffee grinding every morning = priceless. 😊 Excellent, varied and delicious food and drink available 24 hours a day. Nice beach, good pools, excellent slides with fast and slow river. The hotel is in a beautiful location surrounded by palm trees and well-kept greenery. Biggest compliments to the extremely friendly and kind staff, starting with the lady who cleaned our room, Ugur from the Turkish cafe (who made us the best coffee with his team) 😊, Yusuf Can who served us in the beach bar, the dear lady who made gozlemes on the beach, Il Yas, Murat and the rest of the team from the main restaurant who took care of us😁, Enis from 7 terrace who makes best B52 😁 and finally the biggest praise and thanks to his colleague at the bar, Mr. Furkan, who delighted us every day with his cocktails, kindness and friendship. 😊😊😊 We definitely recommend this hotel, you won't go wrong.👍

Beach toilet needs renovation.

The people/staff are very nice and helpful (restaurant staff, reception, child minders, etc.) The food options at the restaurant are a lot and all of them seemed of good quality (we didn't try them all). There any very few time intervals when one doesn't have something available to eat (for ex. there's a night buffet from 23 to 07). There are may places for children to play (one of them inside, several outside) There are many activities (for children and for adults) There is direct beach access with plenty of sunbeds There are several pools (we didn't try them, except for the ones for small children). Here the sunbeds seem to be not enough. There are several waterslides I can't comment on alcoolic beverages, but it seemed that there are many options. There's a SPA, but we haven't used it. Rooms are OK, but not extraordinary. minibar is refilled daily. There are also some shops/hair-dresser/other services on the hotel grounds. One doesn't need to leave, except for visiting places.

Sometimes the waiting time for the elevator is very high (especially when one of them is broken) There is no air-conditioning in the hallways (which get rather hot) - unpleasant while waiting for the elevator

Great food, good variety. Very helpful staff. Good entertainment. Good and not crowded beach. Beautiful looking territory. Big pool, and there are some water park slides. Included cocktails, alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks are available at different bars all the time. Still water fridges placed around and couple of ice cream fridges.

The beach is sandy but as you enter the water there are small stones on the water-beach border . And the bottom under the water is stoney hard.
