everything. the staff are very friendly and helpful
I had dinner at the hotel (a la carte). there was no menu. the waiter brought me some printed papers to show me what is available. I ordered the steak and mash potatoes. it was dry and the chef drew a pyramid with the mash and added some strange red and creamy color sauce within the mash which I didn’t like. although the a la carte menu price are very reasonable

Clean room. Simple connection with WIFI. Friendly staff
Everything is old and needs renovation/replacement. Fridge is useless. For more than USD 100 we definitely expect more - not good value for money. It was our first time in a Ramada (due to lack of alternative) and we will probably not use it too so again. Next time in Sivas we would try something different
