I stayed 8 nights and my room had been cleaned every day. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were very polite and interested. Everywhere in hotel is close to each other and the rooms are very close to the sea.

Some days the food variety was poor, but it got better later. I prefer this hotel for sand beach but there are stones when entering the sea. It may hurt your foots. There is another hotel across the bay and the music volume is too loud. You cannot sit near the sea in the evenings due to high volume.

The wine was absolutely dreadful .Im not a wine connoisseur but it really was dreadful. For the price of the holiday they could provide better wine. I have been on many all inclusive and never not been able to drink the wine. The hotel opposite had very loud music it was mentioned in a lot of reviews. Trust it is loud and gos on late

It’s was a great property with beautiful view and clean pools and great foods.

Night internment was not as good as was excepted but overall ok.

clean beach with clear and calm water full of fish to watch, beautiful pool, friendly and helpful staff, very beautiful landscaping and flowers every where , super big dining area and buffet with so many options to choose , beautiful white villas with balcony and flowers around it. I got a Turkish bath and massage which was wonderful and the name of the lady helped me was Rose. whatever i say is not enough to describe the beauty of the place .

slow wifi, a little bit far from the city center but with the taxi is about 7-10 min. it's an all inclusive hotel and resort so don't expect to have stores and shopping centers around it because for the size hotel has, it has to be a little outside of the city but as i noticed all big hotels in Bodrum are far from the city center since the city itself is a boutique city and very unique. the pools are not heated so be prepared, although we stayed there in May and i think between June to September they should be fine.

I think there are three things that distinguishes this resort from others. 1. Super staff, from reservation to restaurant team, from bar team to cleaning team. They were all helpful and friendly despite we have been there during the end of the season and they were all tired. 2. The pool & the sea. The pool is really large with an additional adult only pool and the sea is generally calm and clear. 3. Rooms and restaurant comfort & quality. Amazing chefs, great rooms. We stayed for 10 days and booked two rooms with our parents and 4 month old baby. The crib they brought in was high quality and our baby slept really well. We would definitely revisit.

The hotel needs to decrease the number of beds in the beach. So many beds, no route to reach to sea among the beds. Also, please put more alcohol to the cocktails :)

Employee were very helpful, smiley and respectful. Food was amazing. In addition to traditional Turkish food, you can also find international food. Hotel was very clean. Entertainments during the day are good. There are many options like aerobics, dart, volleyball… Rooms are big. Location is good. It is not very central but very close to the center (10-15 min). So, it is away from city chaos but you can also easily go to city center for a concert etc They have Turkish bath, massage, sauna, gym

Cocktail menu is good on paper but they don’t pay attention to the ratios and they don’t mix most of the time. They just add the ingredients randomly and give it to you without mixing. Entertainments at nights were a bit weak compared to the neighbor hotels. We were hearing their musics and due to their lights etc, I had urge to go there to have fun at nights. Since we were there during school summer break, there was a lot of children and it was very loud during meal times due to children. If you want a peaceful holiday, go when the schools are open

I called this hotel, my grandma's hotel. No one has ever looked after me, fed me and made me happy as much as she did. This hotel played my grandma's role this summer. I needed vegan milk and everyone helped from the reception staff to the general manager and it was purchased for me to have my coffee. Every one took our satisfaction and happiness seriously. the entertainment team made it hard for you to think about going out of the hotel because you are always entertained. I will definitely repeat come back. Thanks everyone.

Nothing at all. Just a suggestion to write the food allergens on the food cards to make easier for people to identify if the food is suitable for them rather than having to ask the staff who were actually very helpful all the time

Location was nice, and the multiple timings of the buffets throughout the day were good.

We booked sea view for our room and did not have much of a sea view, it was just a view of the pool. There was not much variety for the food. Some of the cutlery was not cleaned well. Bathroom was small. The staff at the reception was not very polite especially the manager. Beach is small. Not a lot of entertainment. Did not feel very safe because people would go in and out of the resort, not knowing if they are guests or random people.

This was a great and amazing experience we enjoyed very much our staying at Samara hotel and we will definitely come back again. We liked the location, the private beach and most importantly the staff from the reception , Catharina, Aysu, Zuhr and the restaurant the staff are very nice and so attentive to customers needs and requests, especially in case of medical assistance. Special thanks to all who made our staying so enjoyable and memorable.

It would be useful if the hotel could invest in preparing more competitive attractions/visits for the customers to Bodrum sightseeing.

The setting. The roof terrace. The quality and variety of the food. The attention to detail of the staff. I lost my hat and it was found within 10 minutes, thanks to staff sharing a picture on a private WhatsApp group.

Cleanliness around the main pool caused by guests bringing out food and drinks from restaurant and leaving a horrible mess on the ground. Very loud and irritating music from neighbouring hotel. Sometimes until 1-2 am in the morning.
