From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well-cared for. The team went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was memorable, offering assistance whenever needed and always being proactive in making sure we felt safe and comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and it was evident that great attention to detail was given to maintain a pristine environment. Additionally, the breakfast provided each morning was of excellent quality and offered great value for the price. The location is perfect and inside the Meydan. Overall, the combination of outstanding service, attention to safety, and thoughtful touches made our stay truly wonderful. The location was excellent, yards away from the main Trabzon (within 50 metres of downtown shopping / very good eating area!) but completely quiet (facing back). The room was very clean and pleasant (view of residential back), and the ac/fridge operated very well! Bathroom was clean and the double bed also very clean and comfy. Rooms cleaned daily. Easy for taxis to drop us off very near the hotel entrance on the main street. The reception service was very good and obliging in English- very happy and no fuss. The included breakfast (same daily) was good but not exceptional...perfectly ok for the reasonable room rate and in clean and nice balcony upstairs. The roomy lift allows you to deselect the floor button if you press the wrong one - a first anywhere!

The landing area outside the room was too dark (light saver) and abit gloomy/carpeted on our floor (it takes a few secs to light up so you are standing in the dark) but no big issue. No guests are allowed in your room, which is very understandable though abit inconvenient when good friends want to have a chat - a ground floor lobby with plenty of seating space is provided. On arrival we were told we should settle the full bill upfront, which was a surprise as a deposit was already taken. But the reception was kindly and accepted a day later when we cashed our Euros in the near by market. Hotel has no car service but will call you up without issue. 15 mins from the Trabzon Airport by taxi (not expensive).

The location is good, right near the downtown, but away from all the crowd and noise. Clean and comfortable stay.

The rooms are not being cleaned in daily basis and the breakfast was not as good as it looks. We even got moldy cheese. Some of the rooms stink due to the problems in sewer.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Deryaman Hotel Trabzon. The facilities were well-maintained and met all my needs, but what truly stood out was the perfect location. Close to the city center with easy access to public transport, making it effortless to explore Trabzon.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel location is really great - close to the city center, so you can get back to the hotel if you need to. The staff is very friendly and helpful :) The room is small but comfy and has all you might need. There is an electric kettle and coffee and teabags with disposable cups. And also 2 bottles of water, so you can use them when you go for a walk :) The breakfasts are very good :) You get a plate full of different meals like local cheese (4 types), sausages, sigara böreği (national Turkish food which I liked a lot!!!), fried potatoes, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, olives, and also butter, honey and jam. In addition you can have cereals, boiled eggs, bread and beveradges.

I wish the internet connetion would be better. At least in my room I couldn't make video calls properly.

Although the building itself looked old, the interior seemed to be refurbished recently and very new and clean. Much better than expected for its low price. Location is within walking distance from the downtown area where many restaurants are, and also from the historic Ortahisar area. The hotel does not have a parking, but there is a huge public parking where you can park at 70TL/day.

Only the downside was that a shower was too weak… but at least the water was hot enough.

The hotel location is perfect and close to the old town and city centre in a walking distance. The facilities are good and it was very clean.

There was sometimes a smell of cigarettes coming from ventilation. The staff should work on their friendliness both at reception and at the breakfast cafe.

Would be better if toiletries could have also a toothbrush sets. Could be more paper cups for tea/coffee. Also there was no place to sit with laptop in the room.

I will start with the location. The hotel is located beside one of the main roads in Trabzon as also it is closed to the center (5 minutes walk). When I arrived at the hotel, I thought that they will take all the amount from the card for the room, but they told me that they took only a part of it and the rest I have to pay in cash. So I had to find a ATM. But the reception allowed me to go to the room and leave my stuffs and then go to the ATM. They also told me that they upgraded my room to a double bed room free of charge, which was really kind. The room wasn't really big, but it is ideal, even for two persons. Comfort bed and really clean. I noticed that they clean the room everyday, as I was receiving new bottles of water and cay, which is really nice touch. The breakfast was simple, but it is ideal for a quick bite before leaving the hotel.

Amazing location. A bit of a language barrier with most staff but they more than made up for that with kindness and enthusiasm. The hotel was super clean and really good value.

The only thing letting this hotel down is the breakfast. We stopped eating it. Rather than a buffet it is just a table of plates of food served cold that should be hot. It was just really bad. Update that to something fresh and this place would be a 10.
