location, the sea view, the restaurant and food and the staff were nice and friendly and the most important part is the PCR test was done by the hotel clinic 👍🏼

the A/C in most of the rooms is not working and the electricity ⚡️ turned off in some rooms, they changed the room 4 times, and the car parking was in open area outside the hotel

no way this is a 5* even by Turkish standards 3* max

Doesn’t worth the money; very overpriced for what you get. There are better hotels within the same price range in the area. Location: Surrounded by some construction works Place: Very rundown - some rooms apparently were renovated, my room was not since the 1990s Restaurant- pics look amazing, table cloths, food nicely arranged on a display in reality - the set up looks like a side-road cafe’s buffet - massive lines to the buffet areas, messy display, cheap plastic placemats on tables. Cleaning is very slow; cutlery are often missing; Food is pretty sad most of the time. Impossible to have the Turkish coffee for breakfast (Turkish coffee only is available at the lobby bar that opens at 10am; breakfast is served till 10am) Facilities/amenities: Spa is pretty sad looking - needs renovation Internet isn’t available in some rooms Internet speed is very bad (1.2mbps) - I had to use roaming mobile data to make a few video calls Beach is dirty - a lot of cigarettes butts etc

The receptionist came at 4am for checkout, which international hotel will check out the guests at 4am or he says you need to pay 100 euro

Location could be beautiful however the hotel and surrounding area is in poor disarray with litter and unfinished building works all around and the smell in the part of the hotel we were at was terrible as it was human sewage … this is classed as a five star hotel The hotel is obviously in disrepair and has had no money spent on it for many years The cleanliness is extremely bad I had to tell the cleaners what to do and even clean alongside them and pay them handsomely each time so it made the three week stay comfortable. Not only that I got food and blood poisoning and was admitted to hospital the day before my 50th birthday the whole holiday was just simply terrible as I was I’ll for the duration …. The man at reception was simply a man with a attitude that staff members came up to myself and commented on his poor behaviour … The hotel is over run with stray cats and dogs which in all fairness very sad and was quite traumatic to see such issues …. I am very new to “booking.com” however this was my 50th Birthday celebration and trusted your site to give a good reflection on the resort … The pictures that are placed on the resort are old and fresh … i have many pictures of this hotel and if you were to truly see what is physically there you would remove the hotel from your website. . I understand I spent a £1000.00p a week for a all inclusive 3 week Trip ! However after four half weeks of me being ill and admitted in hospital it has been a very costly over £6000.00p and disappointing 50th Celebration. Worst trip of my life and very costly unfortunately. .

HYGIENE is non existent and I am amazed the management have let such a hotel go to a poor condition and standard. Surrounding areas are like a building site A mile on the coast the hotels are a little better but not great either … The place is terrible I was given a refund however if honest this trip has cost myself thousands due to the hygiene and poor quality control ….. Hotel needs to be taken off your website I have many many pictures and you need to see what people are putting up with at this hotel and it’s simply disgusting and I will never go back there ever again as it nearly killed myself. I have proof of my illness and even pictures of me on a drip in the hospital when I was admitted. . I am happy for you to see everything just reply to myself and I will forward the pictures on to you and then you will fully understand why I am so disappointed in your website. Not only has it cost me over £6000.00p in treatment and a early flight home etc … It nearly cost me my life as I was so sick …. So disappointed if honest at a land mark celebration and I spent it there. .
