Overall a fantastic small hotel with a very personal feel. I loved coming back after a day of activites, it rather felt like coming home. I'm not a fan of large scale impersonal and bustling hotels so this fitted the bill perfectly and the location is out of town and peaceful. All the staff were brilliant and made us feel very welcome and looked after. Loved chatting to Mustafa who always had a smile on his face and Selcuk who rushed to get me blanket one chilly evening. The breakfast at Seraphim was the highlight, lots of food and most importantly the quality of the produce was outstanding. We did a tour of Turkey and hands down the best breakfasts of our trip were at Seraphim Caves! The room booked was a bit smaller than expected but we were able to upgrade for a extremely reasonable cost, thank you so much. The upgraded room was stunning

Being a cave hotel understandably rooms are a little dark, but this could be easily fixed with a bit more lighting or the addition of some lamps. A full length mirror would be a great addition

We had a fantastic stay at Seraphim Cave Suites. The room we had was just absolutely amazing with high end housekeeping (very clean). The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone at the hotel spoke very good English. The food in the restaurant and breakfast was very nice. The hamam with the additional indoor pool area was fantastic. Mustafapasa area is quiet and not far from all the amazing attractions in the Cappadocia region (either using rental car or taking taxi). Highly recommend to stay at this hotel. 5 star experience. Would definitively recommend the hotel. The rooms are even more beautful in real life than the pictures on the booking sites.

From the moment my mother and I set foot in the Seraphim Cave Hotel, we knew our stay would be an experience we would never forget. Everything in the hotel is curated to make guests feel at home, and we certainly felt we were home away from home. The kindness of the staff members will sweep you away as they all strive to provide the most superb service. A special thank you to Bekir, the hotel Managing Director, who went above and beyond every single day, to make our visit of Cappadocia memorable while he made sure we were always taken care of. Thank you Sir! Our very first time visiting Cappadocia was pure magic and I am hoping we will visit soon and stay again at the beautiful Seraphim Cave Hotel where our Turkish family will be waiting for us. So long!

The property is extremely beautiful and clean. Rooms are very spacious and huge. Very neat and clean property with very very polite staff. Fatimah helped us so much with all our requirements be it the tours or taxi transfers. The best part about the property is definitely their 10 month old golden retriever- Maya! Would absolutely recommend this property 10/10.

I like everything starting from the booking time they contacted me thanking me for booking in their hotel . They offered their services and I booked the air balloon from them it was the best trip ever. The atmosphere form the entrance to the reception our rooms were ready . The rooms are clean and cozy , the bathrooms are warm and the bathroom equipment are amazing. the food is one of most delicious food I ever eat . The staff are magnificent, very professional, friendly, polite, speak good English. I will come back very soon

Peaceful and luxurious hotel in heritage area. Good for relaxation. Great breakfast and friendly staffs.

The bathroom door is too open with clear mirror. Not feeling romantic at all and lost privacy.

I have stayed in many lovely hotels but I think that Seraphim Cave Hotel might have been the MOST lovely place I have been lucky enough to find. Truly beautiful property and OUTSTANDING staff. Especially BURAK who has to have been the most helpful person I have ever met while traveling. He helped me buy a Turkish phone so I could navigate while driving. He took me to an authentic and amazing ceramic factory. I can’t say enough good things about him. Overall the most memorable experience.

Beautiful room, top class bedding and towels, wonderful toiletries, the peace and quiet. Excellent breakfast. Lovely indoor pool.

We would have appreciated a frosted glass door from the room to the bathroom. And- an outdoor pool would have been an added luxury. Check the price of any wine before ordering. We didn’t and should have.

The setting, embedded in caves, the gardens, the spa, the outstanding breakfast, the helpfulness of the staff. Everything was fantastic.
