The location is spot on, close to the city centre and relatively close to the fortress. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

There was almost no breakfast. I mean, when I came to the restaurant at breakfast time, it seemed as if they were to start bringing food (there were only some small jams and bread on the counter), but there was nothing more. This being Van, I went out to have proper breakfast at one of the kahvalti salonlari (it was kind of hard to find it at Sunday morning and during Ramazan, but I managed), and when I came back to hotel, I found out that the situation hasn't changed - the restaurant was empty and almost without food. Also, the receptionists' English was pretty basic for a five-star hotel.

The staff was very kind and accommodating and welcoming. They kept the restaurant open for us a little longer than usual because we had just arrived and were exhausted and hungry. Everyone was kind, professional and helpful. We didn’t have time to checkout the facilities. Our room was clean. Good value for money.

Nothing to complain about. There was one weird thing which was The bed setup was a little strange as there were sheets on the bed but the blankets were in the closet for us to take ourselves.

I really liked the location and the view from the windows. The staff, especially a lady and a gentleman at the reception and the gentleman who helped us with the baggage (unfortunately I forgot to ask their names :-( ), were so nice and friendly. We checked in one hour earlier and it was not a problem by the staff. The rooms were big and the beds were so comfy. The rooms were so clean, especially the sheets and the bathroom, which are so important for everyone to be clean. The dining area and also the breakfast were really good. There were various fresh options for breakfast you would enjoy. Looking forward to going back😃

A good quality, comfortable hotel. Quiet location, ten minutes walk to the busy shopping end of the street. The girls on the reception desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, even though it did not change from day to day. Supermarket and restaurants a few minute walk away.

Shower had no door so the bathroom floor became awash. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss some days.

The staff is really kind and helpful. The location is great. Starbucks in the hotel is nice. Public area are really clean

Staff were attentive, friendly (especially Daria), and highly professional, evidently with years of experience in hospitality. The location of the hotel was also ideal. The aircon was perfect. The room felt clean. Starbucks coffee is an asset.

The pillows were too firm. I believe the sound proofing could be improved (outside the hotel) but considering how central the hotel is, I was able to sleep comfortably.

Very centrally located. Within walking distance to all the shopping areas. Very good value for money. The meals at the on site restaurant were delicious & well priced. HAMDI at reception & all the staff we came in contact with were friendly, polite & very helpful!

The bath towels were rather thin, we prefer thicker towels.

Wonderful Stay I would like to thank the staff who worked vigorously during our stay. Darya at the reception was so kind and Turan the sales manager who pursued the issues we discussed with him continuosly. The porter with the thick mustache was of immense assistance, he performed as the handyman as well. Overall I would seriously recommend this hotel to anyone planning to travel to Van. Totally satisfied !! 5 out of 5 points 👍

Staff of the hotel were very kind and helpful. The hotel was clean but not supper clean. It was relaxing as there were not much nose. Breakfast was good, but not as in the range of five-star hotels in EU.

It was a bit far from the city center and big shopping mals. Towels had lower quality.

Spacious rooms, professional staff, extensive breakfast. Very good location walking distance to shops and restaurants. Nice view from the room. Possibility to park on the street.

The hotel is definitely good but it would not be a 5 stars in Europe, Asia or the US. Max 4, maybe 3...
