Very nice hotel, the size of the rooms is enough to provide comfort and the balconies are amazing, we stayed in a suite with a very beautiful view on the lake and mountains. The swimming pools and the Turkish bath are exceptional. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially Yousuf.

Fridge size is too small, it would be better to add a larger fridge so that families can use it to cool water bottles or keep the fruits in it. Although breakfast is good, dinner was below expectation, we had to eat outside and only take the dessert from their restaurant.

Location was great and the view was spectacular. Breakfast and dinner were average. Rooms were big and comfortable.

The hotel needs more attention to cleanliness inside and outside. Some areas look like they were abandoned for some time but easily accessible to visitors, which posed some hazards. Staff can be more friendly and need to communicate better in English with the visitors. They tried to charge us for water from the bar which we did not consume.

We are satisfied with our stay at the hotel. Extremely friendly and smiling staff. The food is varied and healthy. A pleasant tradition is the afternoon tea break, where hotel visitors gather in the lobby. The spa has warm thermal water which is hot in the mixed pool and warm in the women's pool. There is a salt room and a sauna. Ahmed's massages are professional and healing. Towels and bathrobes are changed every day, the room is cleaned. Bed linen should be changed every 3-4 nights. We recommend having vitamin juices for breakfast. We recommend refreshing the furniture. If there is an opportunity to fill the outdoor cold pool with moderately warm mineral water. Great view on the lake. The spa area has pools with thermal and cool water, sauna and Turkish bath (open 8am- 8pm and as a hotel guest you don't pay any extra). The massage service is pretty good, around 30euros for 50 min full body. Breakfast and dinner were tasty, a wide choice of dishes and a magnificent view on the area from the 5th floor of the restaurant. Would definitely return here again.

There was some smell of mold or something in the room, so, we had to keep airing the room by opening the balcony's door. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable.

Location of the property is absolutely perfect, beautiful picture surrounded by hills and woodland. The staff were fantastic. The facilities and food were absolutely brilliant massage by Mr Ahmed I would recommend to anybody We spent New Year at the hotel which was one of the best I think we’ve ever had. We were made welcome by the mostly Turkish guests we danced we sang we ate. I could not write this highly enough

The hotel met our expectations. It was warm, there was a free tea break with sweet treats. Wi-fi was of excellent quality.The women's and mixed pool were very warm. The mixed pool was too hot and a bit uncomfortable to stay in for more than 8 minutes. We liked breakfast and dinner - plentiful and varied. There was daily cleaning of the rooms if requested by us, free bathrobes, mineral water. We loved the salt room and sauna. We didn't like that the New Year's dinner ended at the traditional time of 9:30 pm.

Then we went down to another hall with live music, where the consumption was paid despite the inflated prices of the New Year's Eve. Other people also commented that they expected at least a glass of wine or champagne as a surprise from the hotel. It would be better if the consumption on New Year's Eve and the music program were in one hall, instead of moving to another hall with fully paid consumption.

best location , I do advise to stay in rooms facing mountain & lake view in the same time .

breakfast wasn’t so professional.. I found uncleaned cups mixed with the cleaned ones next to the cafe machine.!

Superb MASSAGE services from Mr. Ahmet down at the spa--he was definitely the highlight of our time there! All the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and nice, and the view from our room was amazing. We also expected the room to be much smaller, but it was really spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The cold starters for dinner were absolutely delicious! We think this was great value for money--will definitely be coming back.

We really can't think of much, but the one bummer for us was how the spa and pool facilities were closed at 20:00. We are used to spas and pools being open until much later abroad (23:00). However, this seems to be the norm across Turkey, so I can't say much.

the spa is the best thing in this property.. if you are searching for a calm and relaxing place, it’s the best destination for u at Termal.. The food is pretty good .. for the spa, you have a outdoor swimming pool with normal water, a mixte thermal interior pool a salt room to relax, man space with sauna and turkish hamam and the best of all : women area with thermal pool, sauna and turkish hamam.. Ahmet, from the spa is a very helpful person and is always her to help with anything, and he do a very good massage that you have to try

I had a small issue with the bathroom and they didn’t accept to change the room.. that’s the only think I had to reproach

Fascinating views of the mountains and Gökçe lake. It was really quiet in the evening, just relaxing sounds of nature. Room was clean and everything worked well. There's hot pool, sauna and hamam in spa area. Not crowded in this time of year. Breakfast was good and with excellent view. They also have free tea with cookies at 4 pm. Wi-Fi was pretty fast, stable connection
