Breakfast was simply amazing with so many options. The restaurant staff is always very polite and they get out of their way to make us feel at home. The pools are clean and the live music is great! It's simply a beautiful place to spend time with family and chill out.

On weeknights there weren't many options available for dinner, they had a limited number of dishes on the menu and it wasn't the usual "all you can eat" of the weekend. But the food was still delicious.

The pool area was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. Good shower. The food was good.

We had problems with the air-conditioner in the first room but were moved to another....unfortunately the air-con was very noisy and no wi-fi, so we had to move again. The credit card for the hotel is over complicated, but it works.

There was no clean towels in the room had to ask for them and the next day when the room was cleaned, still no clean towels left had to ask for them again

Food was excellent. Room was small and poorly equipped. Some aqua facilities outside were out of order and poorly operated.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel by North American standards as advertised in Booking.com; it is a 2 star at best. The rooms are completely rundown and the mattresses are a cheap as you can get. The pictures shown on Bookings.com of the property are misleading. The pools are overcrowded, the outdoor space is too small for the amount of people, yet the pictures show it as if it was very spacious; it is not! The lobby is decent but everything else is very low quality, or rundown, especially for the price paid for the stay which was the equivalent to the price you would pay for a high class hotel anywhere else.
