The location was excellent and so was the staff. I do alot of travel and this is the first time I have been to a Hotel room that did not have a Bar Fridge and also a chair to sit on.

It is essential to have a fridge especially to put your water bottle to stay cool in weather that is hot. Also one cannot sit on a bed to watch TV. A chair is ideal especially if one has a back issue so that person can sit upright.

Wow.. Everything was just perfect! I didn't really expect much from Pop hotel before, I've been traveling to some cities in Java, Sulawesi, Sumatera and Bali. I think, Pop hotel kelapa gading probably THE BEST POP HOTEL in Indonesia. Clean, spacious room, comfort, cool AC, Hot water, Good breakfast and the mall is just next door from the hotel. Well done!!

- Great interior design - Love the shower - Comfy bed - Fast check in & out - Water heater is available for a fee (IDR 15k a day) - Sound proof room! Quiet - very near MKG-3

- The bidet is corroded, but still working - Slippers were not provided, might want to consider this! - the view from the window isn't beautiful but it's not a big deal - Trash too small, doesn't have plastic and lid - No cabinet for clothes - No telephone to contact the receptionist

The location cannot be better than this; the shopping centre is practically integrated with the hotel itself. You can also refill your bottle with drinking water. They are trying to be as green as possible.

The water pressure in the shower was not strong enough.

Location !! It was connected to MKG3 food court. Very convenient

When we first entered our room, it had a musty smell. We ran the aircon and waited until the next day. It was better the next day.

Everything is lovely, POP hotel Kelapa Gading is amazing. Pak Ade, Pak Denny and Asep in Harris Riverside Malang are really really helpfull. Thanks Tauzia team, next year i will stay again ! Cheers,

one thing, that i have no idea for 3 hours check in time waiting. As we drove 20 hours from Bali . Hope next time POP hotel will have something like a waiting room or departure lounge

I booked 1 night solely to perform WFH. My booking was actually done for Pop! hotel, fortunately, due to Pop hotel status still being used as hotel for COVID-19 isolation, all bookings are shifted to Harris. The room in Harris was very, very comfortable. Though there was lack of amenities (afterall you're paying for Pop price), the basic such as towel and hand soap are still provided.

The WiFi could definitely be improved. The speed was inadeuate for online meeting at times.

Step away from food court and MKG
