A huge hotel, close to the beach. A good choice if you intend to stay there with children. The rooms are clean and modern and quite spacious often with a nice balcony. Breakfast and dinner was fine, but could be busy at certain times.

Despite the modern building the walls between te rooms appeared not to be sound proof. You could hear the ‘neighbors’ talking. The layout of the restaurant could be reconsidered, since people dining and the ones getting food collided due to the current layout. A suggestion as well is to change the white led lighting into a warmer color in the dining area which will give another atmosphere.

The Hotel overall facilities are great. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Green spaces around fantastic and only a few steps from the beach. Large spaces and options to chill out, outside and inside. Short animation with music in one of the evenings was fun! You need a car to go out in the evening. Breakfast was great! Many choices and fast replenished. Dinner was also good. Varied options, meat and fish grilled on the spot. Desserts were delicious and sometimes over the top ! Great chocolate fountain one night! Gluten free: although there were no labels for intolerances, the staff was very accommodating, explaining clearly the options and willing to help wherever possible. Normal bread for breakfast was on a separate table. Well thought off! Plenty of options for vegetarians, gluten and lactose intolerants.

The rain and wind. Bad luck in March, obviously not the hotel's fault :) Breakfast and Dinner could be problematic in high-season when hotel must handle large(r) numbers of people, narrow space to the buffets/tables.

I/we don’t usually stay in this kind of buffet and animation type of resort, maybe only at the end of an active holiday. Exactly what I needed after a full week of flamenco dance classes and La Bienal shows in busy Sevilla: relax, enjoy the sun, swimming pool and beach. Plus only half an hour driving from Jerez airport. Great large room (suite). Spotlessly clean with complete amenities and shower/jacuzzi bath. Large terrace with chairs and sunbeds. Upon check-in I was told my room would overlook the adult pool (and beach/sea as booked). Given room 417 did not overlook the pool though but garden/street but with the palm trees and sea in the distance still lovely. Buffet dinner did the job, if you don’t want to go out. Ambiance I guess typical for buffet style. Nice extra: the rate included breakfast buffet but had to leave very early. Mention this at reception and upon check-out they will have a picknick ready for you: sandwiches, yoghurt, fruit and a package of fruit juice, very welcome when waiting at the airport 🙂

Room 417: nice suite but beware that the terrace is near the exhaust (airco/ventilation?) which turns on every 10-15 minutes l for equally long noisy periods. So actually prevented me from enjoying the terrace, why I booked this, especially since I was travelling alone without my husband. Luckily the adult only pool area is nice and quiet and then of course the beautiful beach very nearby. In all fairness, did not ask to switch rooms as it was only for two nights with early departure.

The buffet is definitely worth the price and the breakfast is amazing. The hotel staff are very nice and friendly and willing to help

The tv in the rooms are rather small, additionally I understand that I am I in Spain and and the language is Spanish. However all of the channels on the tv are in Spanish and there is no option to change or to put subtitles in English. I brought with me my Amazon Firestick but none of the tvs you can plug into the HDMI port. The hotel I Am sure is vibrating with energy in the summer. The time I was there it is not much to do if you have little ones. There is a play room and you have to get the key and the kids can play. But I definitely would stay here again but probably during the summer time when there are more family activities

The friendly reception staff was the first great impression, the room and no carpets was a wow. The hotel was spotless and the fact the hotel had tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms was great, we are used to this outside spain but its not the normal in spain but it is a great bonus.

The pillows are way too soft and offer no neck support, the beds are great and the room perfect but waking often because of the pillow was tough in the end we made our own with towels and was fine. Next time we will bring our own, not a big deal. The only other picky point was the Barman, not so friendly or professional. poor attention and it seemed like he only wanted to go home. No communication skills or interest in selling or connecting,

The bed was great and the breakfast had a good diversity of choices. The Churros were delicious! The games room was also a nice venue to spend some time. The gym was well equipped with all the material of Technogym brand. The couple massage at the SPA was also good, as well as the spa itself.

It’s really hard to find a free parking space for the car, once they’re limited. Due to the time of the year, the pool was closed what didn’t allow us to enjoy the sun on one of the sun-beds available (enjoyable for cats only). The fruit available at the breakfast was in terrible conditions and the staff wasn’t enough for the amount of people around 10am. We waited a lot for a table on the second day, for example. The limit of 2 scrambled eggs per person was just ridiculous. The rooms don’t have slippers or robes available, and they took a lot to deliver them at the room. The thermal area of the SPA was always full. It’s always cold on the access to the rooms and air current. In the room, the cleaning of the floor could be better.

Amazing breakfast with fresh-squeezed pineapple, melon and etc. juices, freshly cooked crepes with various dressing, local cheese and meat specialties. Clean and very comfortable rooms with heating ( that was super good for November). Beach just in 2 minutes walk - Perfect.

Some stuff at the reception desk was hardly giving any explanation on facilities during check in. There were some special codes from the hotel to activate the safe, which should have been told in advance. That required several times going back to the reception desk. However, next day the receptionist was extremely polite and provided all information required. Spa is for additional charge (that’s ok), however many facilities were not operating properly ( Roman terms, saunas and hamam were slightly warm).

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of options to chose from. The location was great, only a short walk to the beach and boardwalk.

The A/C in our room did not work. If we left the patio door open to cool it down, mosquitoes were plentiful. We had no English channels on the TV. When we inquired, we were told a technician would be by to fix it as something must have been disconnected. We asked for 3 days in a row and nobody showed up so we gave up.

The hotel is very family friendly with nice rooms and comfortable beds. The buffé was highly appreciated by all our family members, adults as well as the children. We also appreciated the proximity to the beach, the bike path, as well as the golf course.

We missed the a la carte restaurant, which is not open during low season.

The resort overall was great! The price ended up being $120 more than what I was supposed to pay per the booking site (which was very irritating). After we finally got checked in and got over 2 hurdles it was fantastic. The staff at the restaurant was the best. The food was good and everyone that spoke was friendly. The swimming pool and spa was amazing.

The fact that I booked online and was supposed to pay $330 and ended up paying $451 when we got there. It took some time and being that we didn't really speak the language we can tell something was wrong when we were trying to check in. After being frustrated and getting to the room the cards to the door didn't work so we had to go back to the front desk and get them activated. After all that was over and we settled down we had a great time.
