Great location to the ball park!! The gentleman at the front desk who worked 42 hours in 2 days due to the sewer issue at their other hotel was dead tired but would have never known it! Is a church pastor and told me he had 3 services and then a little rest and right back in! He was amazing, the cleaning girls left a nice little note that said enjoy your stay hope all is well! Great place and we play baseball up there again I will stay there again.

Wished it had a hot breakfast, but wasnt a deal breaker. Lack of staffing could be the reason maybe. But again not a deal breaker

clean beds with a double cover on them. enough towels for two people. they made sure on first floor for our physical need.

the air/heat unit didnt work the best, room only had one chair, lamps had issues,and parking lot in front could been bigger. night staff seemed on the rude side. when staffaway from desk should be a sign how to get ahold of them.

The breakfast was good considering that you could not serve hot food. Having access lik the dining room so that we could get hot coffee or some juice at any time was a very nice feature. We also liked the lobby which was comfortable, cozy, and clean. The room was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed. Also, because we had requested a quiet room we liked the corner room given to us.

I think it would have been great if the TV station could have been changed when I went to the lobby during the night. I had not been able to get to sleep and wanted to find something to watch but there was only info commercials.

Breakfast was minimal - pastries, yogurt, cereal, milk, juice, apples and oranges. It was plenty for my needs. The shower was very nice - good spray. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was accommodating. Surroundings were quiet.

Truly, for the price, it was what we needed for one night's stay and to be in the room just to sleep. Initially, we were given a room on the second floor and there's no elevator so one has to carry suitcases up two flights of stairs.

the beds and pillows are comfortable and the towels were like new. the room was clean. the hotel was quiet.

a fire alarm went off at 3:45am and we never did find out what happened. our television didn't work on the 2nd day of our two day stay.

The handicapped bathroom was great. The room was on first floor and close to everything.

Needs more light in room. The power bar on the night stand didn't work. The TV could be higher so can see better when laying down.

The friendly staff did a exceptional job and really made the stay more comfortable.

Check in time could be a little sooner then 3pm. Or the early check in fee could be a little more accommodating.

The front desk attendant was AMAZING! I arrived in Cedar Rapids in the evening not knowing where I was going nor how to get to the location. She stayed on my antiquated phone with me and guided me right to your hotel!

I was an over night only traveler. No major complaints other than lots of dog/cat waste on the property.

Debbie at the front desk was outstanding! She went above and beyond. I forgot my distilled water she called a nearby gas station. They put it on hold I’m super appreciative for that.
