The dinner menu at the hotel restaurant was average. Also the hotel had extra measurements of protection for unknown reasons which made it annoying and bothersome to go in and out of the hotel. no advance notice was given prior to my stay on this situation.

The facility is a knock-out. It definitely exceeded my expectations in comfort and cleanliness. I was warmly welcomed by the staff and the gratuity-free culture is one to rave about. Yet it does not compromise the quality of services as far as I am concerned. I would rebook if in the area again. People who came to see me were equally impressed and will recommend Luskin to their friends. In fact, they were surprised that Luskin is open to the public. He thought that securing the accommodation was because I am an academic and that it is an institution to another academic institution benefit, like a reciprocal country club arrangement. He could not believe that I found Luskin via booking.com.

Breakfast. It did not have much variety. I hope that the chef becomes more creative to introduce more variety. Either variety or make it tastier although having both will be much welcome.

Liked the close location to the Reagan Medical Center. The property is very nice, and VERY clean and well maintained. Amenities in the rooms are nice. Only thing missing was a mini fridge. We ate the hotel restaurant, Plateia, and the food was beautifully presented and very tasty. The outside dining is very relaxing. Service at the restaurant was attentive but a little slow, but we didn't mind as we had nowhere to be and weren't in a hurry. We asked for a late check out so my husband could wait while I had my surgery and they were very accommodating.

We did not know there was breakfast.

We left the hotel at 6:45am due to a meeting. We asked if there was complementary coffee, it was not provided until 7:30am. We arrived at 11:00pm and there was no parking in the garage. We were directed to park next door but would have to pay and get reimbursed. When we check out the attendant had to go ask for approval to waive the 30.00. He took a long time and we were not able to make our meeting time. 🤨 Also, the toilet paper in the bathroom was not of good quality like it should be…,

Having “conference centre” in the name gave me low expectations. It is actually a very very nice hotel. Doesn’t have a swimming pool but the value far outweighs that.

The hotel was quite magnificent and ideally located as we were touring the UCLA campus. It's also a short and pleasant stroll to the shops, restaurants and cinemas close by. Great area - really safe and up market. The hotel really was lovely and had a gorgeous restaurant attached to it which I unfortunately didn't try. The rooms are big, very big with great facilities. The coffee station in the room was filled every day and the room was maintained immaculately clean. It is very much a business venue so lots of computer stations everywhere and conference rooms and spaces available. There was a lovely gym I used a few times, and it was well supplied. Staff are very professional and friendly. We booked 5 days here but ended up staying 7. Stunning hotel.

I would have loved if there was a spa or a therapy room as well, for longer stays it would have made this venue perfect. Apart from that, nothing not to like. Was very lucky to have found this gem and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This is the most amazing hotel, if I could give it a rating higher than 10 I would! The ambience is second to none. The staff look after you better than any other hotel we stayed in on our US road trip - the Hilton’s and the Bellagio could learn a lot from how to provide A* service and accommodation! I would stay again in a heartbeat! Short walk to Westwood village. Loved watching football practice and visiting the campus store etc. Great location for other sights to visit in Beverley Hills and West Hollywood.

Nothing, it was perfect in every way!

Good, modern hotel. Common areas were very pleasant. Rooms were clean, smart and comfortable. Nice restaurant. Convenient parking.

Restaurant seemed understaffed with slow service (but food quality was excellent)

The location of this hotel was great right on the UCLA campus. You could easily walk around the area for restaurants and shopping. The area seemed safe even in the evening. Public transportation is available and ready with buses running frequently. The staff were great, Arthur, checked me in and was very helpful. I also got a chance to speak to the manager of the Plateia Mediterranean restaurant and he was very nice along with his staff. The impossible burger and vegan berry cobbler with vegan ice cream was great.
