Free shuttle was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable. We had a false alarm during the night but evacuation was smooth and I felt safe the whole time.

Some more information about the shuttle (how to book it, how often it comes) on the hotel website would have been helpful.

The hotel was modern and clean, the breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip (it is still american breakfast - but the fruits were fresh and tasty, they had a pancake machine, and in general they had more different food choices than other hotels). The breakfast room was big enough, it was not crowded.

Booking the shuttle from the airport was stressful as we have no telephone flatrate in the US. Therefore we had to pay for the call and it was nearly as much as we would have paid for a uber because we were stuck in the waiting loop for a couple of minutes. I would have much preferred an option to book the shuttle online as there is always a place where one can find free WiFi . After we booked the shuttle we had to wait 25 minutes for it and the pick up point was also not quite clear for us.

The room on the sixth floor was very noisy from machinery on the roof but they did change rooms for me.

The pressure of the shower was very low resulting in a a disappointing dribble rather than a decent shower. The breakfast food was very average, but free coffee all day was a bonus. The location is ok if you have a car, the nearest " pub" is a fairly long walk away and in the dark, not ideal. Without a car you are reliant on buses. Riding during the day is ok, but at night there are tramps and drug addicts on the buses. It is too far to walk to the strip from the Hotel. My advice would be to ensure you are registered for Uber.

I almost cancelled the reservation because I read some negative reviews on Google, but my reservation was only partially refundable, so I decided to keep it. This hotel was surprisingly good. It could be because my expectation was low, but it was clean, quiet ( I could hear the airplane noises because it was close to the airport, but no noises from the adjacent rooms), modern, and the fitness room (open 24 hours) was adequate. For the price, I think it's a great value and I would be happy to stay here again. The location was very convenient.

Great location, minutes to the rental car service. Free parking/wi-fi. Check-in was fast made by a very kind lady. We received bottled water and snacks at the check-in. The room is modern and clean. Different from the classic casinos with all the walking and long waiting for services, which can start to bother after the 3rd day at Vegas, this hotel is small, simply and easy. The parking is a few steps from the lobby, which is located just a few more steps from the elevator, gym, laundry. And I wasn't charged for the packages I received. And there's free shuttle to the airport. Great hotel.

There was no safe in the room. Although it's conveniently near the airport, it's about 15 minutes driving to the strip. Breakfast ends too early, 9am.

Quality and responsive staff. Room was clean and quiet, although a bit tight. Good value for cost.

Room, amenities, breakfast & staff were great.

They provide a shuttle to terminals but not from airport to hotel. We drove 5hrs from Utah to Las Vegas and returned our rental at 9pm. Knew the hotel was nearby but not exactly. Called the hotel for a shuttle to pick us up and were told that most people just walk. Please, seriously reconsider providing shuttle when one is asked for. Had to complain to get one...not great for seniors like us.

If you are looking for a nice, clean and well serviced hotel, without the Vegas buzz and the casinos, Tru by Hilton is the right place. Conveniently close to the airport, but also well connected to the Strip via the Deuce bus and to the nearby shopping center. Very friendly staff, comfortable room, good breakfast.

TV was not working when I arrived, but they fixed it the day after.

The room is clean and the view is good. We can see airplanes landing and take off. Also, we slept well on the mattress. it make us feel relax when sleeping there. The breakfast is good. there are a lot of breakfast choice. for example, pancakes, fruits, coffee, eggs, meat, yogurt, drinks and bagels.

The heater was old. it had a bad smell when we turn on the heater to 75F. The toilet papar is too rough.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom seemed just renovated. Even if close to the airport we weren’t disturbed by the noise. The parking lot was big and we were able to find a spot easily.

The breakfast weekday hours were from 6 to 9 and they didn’t change it for the first day of the year, so the room was crowded from 8.30 and we needed to wait a lot to serve ourselves.
