The desk clerk was wonderful as she took a great deal of time trying to figure out why booking.com never forwarded my information and thus I was left without a room as the hotel was full when I arrived.

Booking.com screwed up my reservation so I didn't get to stay here. The hotel was full when I arrived and booking.com never sent my information to them. Thus, I was left in the middle of nowhere after driving 12 hours that day without a hotel and left to fend for myself. Booking.com sucks. Never again will I use them as they are totally unreliable. Do not use them .

The room was clean and comfy and the pool and hot tub area were clean and enjoyable.

The lady at the front desk when we arrived was not at the desk right away (which is totally fine) but when we rang for her she came out a little annoyed at us. Also, when we came down for breakfast (which was not that late into the breakfast time. 7am I believe) There were many things not replenished like forks and coffee and we couldn't find anyone around to tell about it.

Very convienitent easy check in, they even had cookies. The pool was nice for the kids and hotub was relaxing. The hotel was quiet and our room had enough space for our family of 5 with the fold out sleeper.

Verry loud in pool area, I think the Hot tub pump needs matinance. But happy it was working. It would be conviente if they could sell bags of ice in the lobby. With so may people having coolers and headding to the lake it could be a win-win.

When I called the office at 10 am to mention a car with heavy base outside my window. They took care of it right away.

Parking lot needs paving and some of the guests were partying in the parking lot making me uncomfortable going to my car. These were older men. Other than that. Room was comfortable and I got the first floor as requested.

Very GOOD breakfast bar, choices were: eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal, muffins, pastries, toast, make your own waffles, yogurt, coffee. (Only think missing was juice) Husband and I really enjoyed it. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Attendant at breakfast bar was very friendly and accommodating, as I had split syrup and was trying to clean my mess and she said she would do it, as "that is what she was there for" she told me. Really appreciated that.

The ONE ice machine that was there was BROKEN! Very DISAPPOINTED in that! Only 1 machine available on ground floor, they should also have a machine available on 2nd floor (in my opinion) as to not have to keep going up and down even with an elevator) The phone to reach front desk was also not in service as we called to get bath towels for your room as they also did not have any available ready in bathroom only hand towels and washcloths. My husband had to go down to front desk to let them know and there was told about phone not working when said he tried calling desk

Location was great. Room was clean, spacious and modern

Ice machine broken in the middle of summer. No daily room-cleaning unless requested beforehand - for the rate I paid, especially, I expected daily room-cleaning without prompting.

Kept getting locked out of room- (keys didn’t work). Bathroom was not clean- no shower curtain, sink leaked into trash can 😧

The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a small situation with the toilet and staff was on it. The bathroom was handicapped and met my expectations. The front desk makes cookies everyday and this was so cool. The front desk person gave a coupon for a discount at Dennys next door. Amazing experience.

We really enjoyed the stay. Beds were heavenly. The hot breakfast was a bonus and very good. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

Just a couple of things that maybe housekeeping could do better on. The TV remote was missing. However, a replacement was brought to us right away. The bathroom counter could have been cleaner. There was built up residue probably from soaps and dust. The GFIC plug trips when you use the hairdryer and a curling iron. There was unswept dirt behind the door. The coffee pot didn't work. Maybe these items should be checked daily as part of the daily clean-up. These were minor. Overall, the entire hotel was very clean and had really nice decorations.
