The room was exactly what I booked. Very clean, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was clean and supplied full size Dove shampoo/conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Not the generic travel size type that you find at most hotels. Breakfast was buffet style that was good with alot of options to choose from. The staff was always friendly. We were there for 4 days and the only complaint I had was first night where our room was right next to the stairs and too many preteens were playing around running up and down chasing each other. But that wasn't the hotels fault. Everything did quiet down at 10pm. We would definitely stay there again if ever to come back this way.

The location is perfect for visiting the area. Close to family. Easy in and out. Room was clean and staff was pleasant. Water pressure this time was excellent, which was an improvement from our last stay.

Water pressure was good, but the tub did not drain well, and the bottom of the tub became slippery while showering due to the poor drainage.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I have a small problem with hearing things correctly and they were pretty patient with me without asking which was nice since a lot of people don't expect a younger person to have trouble understanding spoken words.

There wasn't really anything I disliked. Ah, just a heads up that there is no fan in the bathroom to turn on, so you may need to prop the bathroom doors open after using them to let them air out.

I got a suite with bedroom and separate tv room. It was very cozy. I could stretch out on the couch and they let me bring my expensive bicycle into the room. I was traveling through on a mtn bike trip

I did NOT like the type of super fluffy, small pillows they had there. I like more memory foam style pillows, more supportive.

Staff was busy yet courteous and helpful. Rooms are fairly soundproof. There was an orchestra staying in the hotel and when I came into the hall I could hear them in various rooms practicing but inside the room it was silent.

Not easy to find check in. Could be better marked.

Great location. Seems very central to a lot of things in the area. Staff was very pleasant and a delight to interact with. Upon booking, I booked rather quickly so I was not aware I would have a refrigerator and microwave in the room so that was a pleasant suprise

The window going outside was unlocked and left open about a half inch upon arrival. Not a huge deal, the window did lock when i tried locking it.

B breakfast was above average and the serving area was clean. You could here traffic though our window. The room seemed like it had been cleaned well.

The mattress seemed worn and not very supportive, but it wasn't terrible. The bathtub seemed clean enough but have probably never seen such a poor caulking job. It will be hard to keep mold from growing.

The staff was extremely friendly and the customer service could not have been better. The worker at the front desk when we checked in was the nicest person ever and offered to give us any recommendations during our stay. Our AC unit quit working and staff was able to quickly resolve the issue. Overall, the room was pretty clean. Super convenient complimentary coffee location and a water cooler, which was fully appreciated. Coffee counter was fully stocked and coffee was fresh all the time. After I left, I thought I had forgot something in the room. I called, and the front desk worker went and looked in the room and called me back within five minutes, instead of the usual hassle of having to wait hours to hear back.

I love the location of the hotel it was close to my affair. I wish I could have stayed a few more days. The breakfast Buffet was more than what I had expected. I was very pleased and satisfied. I love the pancake machine ingenious. I love the Dove brand toiletries you offered for guests.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The beds are comfy. The staff was friendly. Loved the breakfast!!! Lots of choices and variety! Easy access to the highways in the area and lots of restaurants and stores close by.

Some areas are showing their age, but the cleanliness and amenities make up for it.
