The room was a good size and AC worked. The shower was amazing- good pressure and hot water. Really appreciated the friendliness of the manager when we checked in. Also appreciated being put on the front side of the hotel due to the train. I never heard it when I was sleeping.

The AC rattled a lot. But- it was somewhat good background noise. The towels left a bit to be desired. The beds were a it soft for my liking, but some may like that. I would also put more outlets on both sides of the beds if renovating or remodeling. This may not be the hotel's fault, but we never went to the pool because there were so many people in it and it was a bit warm.

The gentleman at the desk was very patient and helpful when I misplaced my entry card, needed a hair dryer, and had questions. The king studio suite is very large, and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. It was nice to have both a refrigerator and a microwave in the room.

The room needed another lamp, on the desk, so seemed a bit dim. The bathroom needed more space for hanging towels, since there was only one small hook on the back of the door plus the shower rod. Very convenient to Kings Dominion and I95, but nothing else with miles but a 7-Eleven and a Burger King.

The location was perfect for our 2 day visit to Kings Dominion. The hotel is located across the street from the Park. The free breakfast was better than expected & the Gormet coffee is excellent. Our room had 2 comfortable queen beds. (Good pillows). Shower was hot!!TV worked and we could see our car from the window. However, the room could really use some dusting and a little paint. The pool was closed due to issues and our key card did not work from the gym. No biggie. Overall we had a good stay.

Breakfast every day was super, and the hotel was across the street from the park, which was a big plus! The room was clean and neat, which was very comforting after getting off the I-95 traffic. A good array of TV channels with movies and series constantly airing.

There wasn't much I didn't like. The only complaint per-say would be the pool. There was a decent-sized indoor pool, but the water was frigid. It was enough to jump in and then immediately get out.

The lady at the front desk from Lithuania was extremely pleasant and helpful. They rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast was great and the gentleman tending to it made sure everything was stocked during the morning rush.

Wish there was a hot tub like I saw in the picture online. Maybe a shuttle to the amusement park

We enjoyed being at this facility. It was very clean and comfortable. The personnel were warm, friendly and considerate. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Location was ideal to the park which made our stay virtually stress free.

I love that even though we arrived hours early before check in. They was still able to get us checked in and get our room cleaned early so we didn’t have to wait.

I didn’t like on the website or booking it didn’t say anything about a $100 deposit but you could use credit or cash and you will get it back.

Close to Kings Dominion, comfortable beds, friendly staff

The A.C was kind of loud but didn't bother me too much cause I was so tired but might bother someone who has a hard time sleeping. I noticed the sink and shower filled up with water. Might be a clog in the pipes. The food was good for the most part except the eggs and biscuits were kind of burnt. For the location alone it was a good place.

The ease of access, the breakfast, the staff, the comfort and cleanliness, the location in relation to the theme park.

The elevator was down but was not a big deal. We didn't mind taking the steps. Plus you can't hold it against them it's not like the elevator is down all the time.

the hotel was clean and in good condition. Shower was nice and TV had no issues. AC was good and hotel overall was very clean. The free breakfast was nice as well. Would have been nicer if hot eggs was on the menu.

it was perfect. I already booked a return visit for 2 nights in 2024.
