Some of the staff were rude and didn’t fulfill my requests. We asked for only one chair in the cafe for my mother (an old lady), the receptionist was nice and helpful. She asked the lady in the cafe for one chair. The lady in the cafe came to us and she was being rude and asked my mother are you the one who went to the reception and asked for a chair, why did you do that ? I told her no i’m the one and she said I told you before I won’t give you any chair cause the place is full due to the Saudi soccer match!!! This isn’t the right way to talk to customers that ordered food. We asked them to get our bags down and measure their weight. It took them almost an hour to do that, we informed them that we had to leave for the airport but that didn’t change anything

I stayed with my wife and baby for a few days at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, I was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception staff—an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly, and accommodating. They always greet and smile. The breakfasts were terrific at Manzara restaurant, with a great view. The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was spacious, well-equipped with all the essentials and a fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists. If we come back, we will choose this hotel again!

Would definitely come back and stay! Full marks for cleanliness, service and facilities - most of the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Though we chose a room with the view of the Bosphorus, it wasn't really that - it was more a view of the city. And yes, getting a taxi back to the hotel can be difficult during rush hour due to heavy traffic - other than that, excellent stay!

The location was ideal- not in the midst of the Old City with the tourists yet within walking distance of multiple ferries. Also easy to get to by public transport. The view from the our room took in the Bosphorous, the Asian side and the Old City- it was wonderful. The staff were attentive and the facilty was impeccable.

We booked a standard room but arriving at the room there was issue with bathroom. With no further inquiries the management moved us from 6th floor to 11th floor with Bosphorous view. This was very generous of them and so speedy to solve the problem. We arrived at 04:00 in the morning after flight cancellations affecting our journey, their attention to detail was so important and comforting. Thank you, Conrad! Special thanks to Adil, night time housekeeper on 11th floor for his attention to my requests.

I gave 4/5 to Spa facilities. Swimming pool area didn’t have a charm and the loungers were faulty. I think that this should be solved immediately in order not to give any reasons for any potential bad review

Conrad Istanbul will be one of our live-time favorites. My husband and I, along with our family and friends spend about 10-11 days at this hotel in July 2022 in preparation and celebration of our wedding in Istanbul. While our wedding was not at the Conrad (I wish we had chosen Conrad for our wedding too), our stay was so amazing and memorable that we cannot wait to go back to this hotel again. The staff were So professional, kind, respectful, and helpful. Everyone at this hotel wants to ensure all the guests have an amazing time and experience there. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels and while there's a certain level of service expected from 5 start hotels, Conrad was just above anything we have ever experienced. The food (breakfast especially) was absolutely amazing. If you have the option to add breakfast to your room, I highly recommend it. Overall we had such a great experience that I don't want to stay anywhere else when we visit Istanbul next time. The location is also great. Bekistas is a beautiful neighborhood and it's central. The only downside could be traffic but traffic is bad in any large and metropolitan city. If you are looking for one of a kind experience and a place where you re treated like queens and kings, with beautiful rooms (we had the suites - the standard rooms are in the smaller side but the suites and the other rooms are very spacious) I highly recommend this place.

The whole feel of the hotel was just right for us. Informal, but smart. The staff were genuinely friendly & extremely helpful. We stayed in the Bosphorus view suite with adjoining room. The room were ample size, cozy & comfortable. Felt like home away from home. The views were spectacular. The Summit Bar/restaurant was fantastic, again with a spectacular 180 degree view from the terrace. Location was excellent, and easily walked to the sea& ferries. The old town was a cheap taxi ride away. Well done Conrad team. We will be back & try out your other hotels elsewhere.

The reception staff and the taxi pick up staff were wonderful There is a nice Executive Lounge with great staff and a variety of snacks and beverages (I recommend) Friendly staff and excellent breakfast Cleanliness and personnel of a high standard logic cost

Reception staff is small compared to the number of guests, and check-in and check-out take longer than usual. Two rooms facing the park had been reserved for me. I was given a cheaper room without a view of the park on the first day. On the second day, after my protest, they changed the room, but apparently they forgot to return the extra received from me !!! The hotel is located near the bosphorus in a place where the traffic in the evenings is very heavy, especially if the Besiktas football team has a match.
