If you want really to relax, enjoy view of the sea and feel pesonal touch it's hard to find the better place. The rooms had everything onw needs and with any questions the staff overreached themselves to make you feel the best one can expect of a vacation.

It's very hard to find any shortcomings. If you plan to have a lot of business in the center of Odesa, häve in mind that it takes up to half an hour by car. Otherwise, enjoy the place.

It is a perfect place to stay for those traveling with cars since the place is quite far from main attractions and transportation. Very tasty breakfast, delicious borsch, nice and clean swimming pool, comfy, clean, bright rooms with sea view. Balcony with sea view perfect for sunrise watching, stars watching and chilling with a glass of something in the evening.

A little bit noise from the street and hum from nearby house.

Really nice, cozy hotel! We was met warm and congratulated with our anniversary with bottle of wine! Our apartment was on the 4th floor with amazing view on the sea and sunrise. Each room has a balcony with table and chairs, so you can relax during breakfast or dinner! Swimming pool was bigger than I expected! And pool area is closed from all sides with a wild ivy - so nice to take time having sun bath or reading book! Tasty kitchen - we tried breakfast, lanch and dinner. You even can order hookah! It's close to seafront, so you can rent a bike in a hotel or have a long walk along the coast. Polite and helpful staff. Clean rooms and big bath in our appartment. We had a great time and relax! Thank you very much!

Breakfast choice is not impressive, the one that was included

Myself and my partner stayed at the Villa Pinia for a week returning today, 5th July 2021. The hotel is small but perfectly formed. It is clean, welcoming and the staff working during the morning/evening were truly lovely. They arranged for us to have our covid tests before our return flights as we found that there were very few people who spoke English so was difficult ti arrange ourselves. The pool area is clean & a nice place to relax, sunbathe and a little suntrap late into the evening. Breakfast was plentiful and a good alsortment of food. We ate a few lunches and ate one dinner (only because we like to explore) and all the meals were really good. The rooms are modern, big balcony (room22), lovely bathroom with excellent shower, we only found the fridge on our last day as in our room it was hidden in a cupboard lol. We had complimentary toiletries, slippers, cotton pads, ear buds, shower caps.

There was one downside … we arranged to be taken to the airport this morning at 430am , our taxi didn’t arrive so we asked the VERY GRUMPY night time security man to help us (via google translate) he point blank refused and got angry when i asked again! As me & my partner were trying to work out what we were going to do (in fear of missing our plane) a ‘couple’ came down the stairs. Slipped the security man money & handed in a room door key card to him. Clearly this was a casual hookup or a paid arrangement & the security guard was taking back handers! I was slightly grossed out! Because if no one knows it’s happening who is cleaning the room 🤢 I spoilt what had been a lovely week.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfasts and great location

Location is quite close to the sea. The hotel itself is compact, but very comfortable at the same time, has a strong focus on supporting the green eco-movement. Staff is exceptionally friendly and client-oriented. I lost my keys and asked for a late checkout, and was ready to pay for both, while those things were free to me) Compliment marmalade and healthy snacks in the mini-bar were also soo nice)

Breakfast menu is quite limited. It would be also awesome to have a small kettle in the room, i lacked it(

Breakfast was included with my room. It was delicious. I especially liked the coffee

The hotel was not located close to the center of city. As a result I would have too take a 30 minute TAXI ride each day to get there. However, Taxis are very affordable in Odesa
