I stayed at Centralnyi Hotel for 2 nights in September 2024. It is a small and pleasant hotel. Room was good and clean, Bed was very comfy. Wifi worked well. Location is good to explore Poltava, which is a beautiful city. Good restaurants nearby.

Staff is very flexible for customers requests. Beautiful building and place, and part of the city. Good cost for this quality and quality is good for this cost. Also you can eat right here, not a 5 stars restaurant but service is very cheap and pleasant, and quality is not bad.

Sometimes felt like.. not enough space, in the room or bathroom. But it's ok for a.. little bit tall person like me.

There aren't bedside tables, which is a bit uncomfortable.

Very good restaurant Kamin except for pasta dishes. Excellent waiter. Restaurant linked to the hotel by a passage Parking on premises. Convenient central location. My pol-lux room was excellent with a large comfortable bed and powerful aircon. Good size refrigerator in room large than standard minibar. Cooled adequately

I have no complaints but my guests (who stayed in two separate rooms) having chosen not to use the aircon opening the windows instead, then later complained of street noise that woke them up at 7AM on a Saturday. As for the other two rooms, not pol-lux, I felt that they were overpriced by 25%.

Really comfortable room in a very nice building. Superb location, Poltava is very walkable and the hotel is right in the middle of town.

The restaurant isn’t very clearly pointed out & was in darkness when I arrived. Ordered a coffee to go with my breakfast, and was told after it arrived that it’d cost me extra. Breakfast itself very tasty, just iffy service.

This is a very nice small hotel in the center of Poltava, very close to the pedestrian area where the best shops, restaurants, and parks are. The staff at reception were very friendly, and I even had a very long chat with one receptionist about running! There are a few choices for breakfast in the connected "Kamin" restaurant, all of which are delicious, and the staff there are very friendly and polite. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Poltava.

Great location, small and nice property.

Could not use hotel's WiFi due to power shortages but this is surely not the fault of the hotel and is understandable, taking into account the circumstances.

The location was perfect and the staff were excellent.

The restaurant is a separate business so, for example, you can't ask reception for a coffee - no big deal.
