The Park Hyatt Hotel in Abu Dhabi was an exceptional experience, delivering both luxury and impeccable service. Our request for a room on the upper levels was graciously accommodated, offering us a breathtaking view of the beautiful Saadiyat beach. Special mention must go to Madhu from housekeeping; his attention to detail and warm professionalism made our stay comfortable and truly memorable. From the fine dining options to the relaxing spa, every amenity was top-notch. The hotel seamlessly blends traditional elegance with modern comforts, making for a stay we won't soon forget.

A minor drawback was that the TV only supported screen-mirroring from Android devices, not Apple. Although, it did allow YouTube connectivity via its pre-installed application.

Some of the food at breakfast could be improved but overall was ok/good Steep prices for lunch at the various restaurants in the hotel, a bit too much in my opinion for lunch Beach is amazing and cleaned in front of the hotel but if you walk on the beach in any directions you will encounter many plastic debris very sad since the beach is very beautiful, i don't think it is responsibility of the hotel but would be great to have it cleaned also.

The service was exceptional - the staff were friendly, polite and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was amazing for choice, and the chefs were ready to go the extra mile to accommodate our requests, as they prepared food that was not on the menu for my mom, who has allergies. The beach was stunning, the pools were perfectly clean. The gym was more than adequate, and the drinks were amazing. Would love to visit again!

It was really humid in our room and we didn't know what to do with it, but I'm sure it's something that could be solved with a call to reception - we just dind't bother since it wasn't that big of an issue.

We decided to spend our Honeymoon for 1 week at the Park Hyatt Hotel. This has been the best decision we could have made. The staff (EVERYONE, receptionists, waiters, lifeguards, etc ) has been the nicest I could have ever experienced in a hotel. Always ready to help, always patient with every concern or need you have. Very professional and kind. We have booked a decoration package for our room and it exceeded our expetations. I have seen some negative reviews about the pricing about restaurant Maté, and I have to say that the price-performance ratio is absolutely accurate. I have never eaten such a good Wagyu or Blanck Angus meat, despite the service which is excellent.Thanks to the whole stuff, and especially Eldar (I surely have written it wrong) everydays dinner and Aperitivo at the restaurant has been a wonderful experience for us. Thank you very very much. If you are looking for a quiet spot at Abu Dhabi with an outstanding service, excellent food and relaxing time, you need to come to this hotel. We also enjoyed the Spa in the hotel and booked a relaxing massage. Trust me, my husband is an osteopath and he has never ever had such a good treatment. A big thank you to the Spa-Team for this beautiful massage. At least I wanted to thank a lot the lifeguards and the waiters outside at the pool who despite the great heat and humidity, always had a smile on their face and have always been very polite and kind. Unfortunately our booking was not clear. We booked half board with you at Booking.com Clearly that meant breakfast and dinner each day. However, the first night at the property we were told after receiving the bill for dinner that we were not covered for half board in that restaurant (the Beach restaurant) only in the other restaurant (Cafe Restaurant). This was ridiculous frankly. We should have been informed by Booking.com or the Hotel or both beforehand. Also the hotel charged us service charges on top of the "included"(free) breakfast.

Excellent staff. Always friendly Good food, clean pools, toilets etc.. Nice garden en easy beach access.

Sometimes too many screaming children. They have the facility to separate the families. At breakfast there everywhere. They should keep the families at one side and couples who want peace and quiet on the other. They do briefing nearly every day but still the waitress doesn't know how to open a wine bottle...this is just a very very small thing that don't bother me but can easily be rectified.

The staff were excellent. The location was fantastic for a holiday, right on the beach yet close to everything. Breakfast excellent. Rooftop bar is a superb facility but still a bit hot at night at the beginning of September

Bar options were not great for the evening. The rooftop was was excellent but its still really too hot. Inside the only bar seems to be in the steak restaurant and it was not at all clear you could just use this if you weren't eating. So there needs to be a proper indoor bar in our opinion. Its a shame half the swimming pool is about a foot deep and the rest only gets up to your chest at its deepest, so no good for actual swimming unfortunately. But there is the sea of course and the beach is great. Food options aren't great as its pretty impossible to get snacks or sandwiches etc for lunch. It's full meals pretty much or the pool bar menu which although better is still limited to whole burgers or pizzas etc.
