A 5-Star Stay at Ramada Hotel & Suites Ajman My recent stay at the Ramada Hotel & Suites Ajman was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service. The hotel's modern and elegant design creates a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the large windows offered stunning views of the city. The hotel's staff, particularly Mr Aun Abbas, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. His friendly demeanor and helpful nature made me feel truly valued as a guest. The hotel's facilities were top-notch. The swimming pool was inviting, and the fitness center was well-equipped. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes to cater to all tastes. Overall, my experience at the Ramada Hotel & Suites Ajman was fantastic. I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Ramada Hotel in Ajman! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the incredibly kind and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist with any request truly made a difference and made my experience even more enjoyable. A special shout-out to the chefs, who not only prepared some of the most delicious meals I’ve ever had but also took the time to engage in warm and friendly conversations. It felt like a personal touch that made dining here so much more enjoyable. The beach staff were also exceptional, always attentive and eager to ensure my comfort by the sea. Everyone from the reception to the housekeeping team was so accommodating, always with a smile and a helpful attitude. It’s clear that the entire team is dedicated to providing top-notch service. Overall, my stay at Ramada Hotel was a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service!

Rooms were big and clean with a kitchen. Breakfast spread is huge. This is probably the largest spread I have seen in a while (I am vegetarian) Facilities - pool, steam, sauna are available. Probably even a gym is available although I didn't check for it. Staff is good and welcoming - Waleed was helpful.

Location is in the main city away from the beach. Lots of construction activity going on in Ajman city and hence road closures \ diversions, which is why most navigation maps were providing wrong directions and took a lot of time to get there. Maybe hotel should provide clear directions to their guests after booking. Location is slightly far from the beach although bus transfers are available. There's always a queue for breakfast. There are probably 3 buildings with guests and only one location for all of them for breakfast and hence gets crowded and have to wait to get a table. Pool is indoor and seemed small.

After the previous guest(s) the pipes in my room were clogged both in the bathroom and in the kitchen. A call to the reception quickly solved the issue and the plumber fixed everything in 5 minutes

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I can confidently say that everything was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the spaciousness and cleanliness of our suite. It was a haven of comfort that made our stay truly enjoyable. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, with a level of service that exceeded our expectations. Aun Abbas, the training manager, personally messaged us to ask if we had a great stay. This personal touch truly highlighted the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction, and it's an attitude that other staff members should aspire to emulate. We also opted for the half-board meal plan and were thoroughly impressed with the variety of delicious foods offered. Each meal was a delightful experience, featuring a range of options that catered to different palates. We will definitely be returning to this hotel for our next visit to Ajman. Highly recommend!

Everything was amazing. The staff was extremely respectful and accommodating to the fullest. This is my third time staying here and my fourth will definitely be here again. When I was ordering food and groceries for example the staff would deliver it to my door so I don’t go down. Even when it was busy they still managed to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Truly appreciate and love my stay at Ramada Ajman and will definitely do it again.

Rooms could’ve been a tiny bit cleaner. Pillows are a bit too heavy and big and the blanket is really heavy as well. But that’s personal preference. Otherwise everything was well.

I highly commend Sheroma and Nithma in Front desk they are very effective staff, very friendly. Handles concern/request smoothly.Sheroma greeted me and assisted me in a very professional way given a lot of my fellowmen who is Filipino also in front desk but sheroma is the one greeted me and assisted me. We have some issue in our washroom I have called twice in housekeeping but i waited for 2 hours but when I called front desk Nithma was the one who answered my call and right away he sends someone to fix the issue in our washroom. I like also the breakfast its a huge variety of breakfast but some main course have a smell or maybe i am just sensitive as I am pregnant.The room is huge and clean

Services rendered and restaurant was absolutely fantastic - over and over again. Loved the services to the beach - was a fantastic experience. Rooms were spacious and great. Hygiene just top notch. Far from the city itself .... but no complains. No Uber around but enough taxis at a reasonable rate. GREAT STAFF. Can I say this again ... GREAT STAFF

Leaving ..... truly enjoyed the stay and it is not my first and absolutely not my last either.

My room exceeded my expectations in terms of both size and amenities. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of travel. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were courteous, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or promptly fulfilling requests for additional amenities, the staff's professionalism and hospitality were truly commendable.

While my overall experience at Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Ajman was positive, one aspect that could be improved upon was the speed of the Wi-Fi connection, which at times seemed a bit slow and unreliable.
