Our experience at Telal Resort Al Ain was superb from day 1. The staff was attentive, the place was clean and organised. The breakfast was delicious, and although the activities were limited due to it still being summer, the staff made an effort to make the experience special and enjoyable. Special thanks to Mohan for. the safari experience and for taking great pictures of us. Amazing to learn how the resort owns over 100km of land! As mentioned, some activities were limited. It would have been great to experience horse riding and falconry, but they were unavailable due to it still being summer. The resort is a little far from Al Ain city, but apart from that, these are the only "negatives" we can think of. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will certainly be staying again.

The location is absolutely breathtaking and incredibly peaceful. I truly admire the resort's dedication to preserving this natural habitat, allowing both wildlife and guests to thrive in harmony. It’s the perfect retreat for anyone seeking an authentic desert experience, free from gimmicky tours. The freedom to walk around the property and explore the dunes is a highlight. I also appreciated the policy against guest vehicles on-site—everything is within walking distance, and for those who prefer not to walk, the staff are always happy to provide transportation. Complaints about the short walks are unfounded, in my opinion. Speaking of the staff, they were the best part of our stay. Their kindness and professionalism were unmatched; they made us feel truly welcome and cared for. Every single one of them deserves a raise! Regrettably, we only stayed one night but fully intend to return when passing through Abu Dhabi again. If you’re hesitant about booking, don’t be—you won’t regret it.

Nothing. Everything was exceptional.

EVERYTHING! We booked including breakfast and the breakfast was amazing. Fresh juices, perfect egg Benedict and delicious croissants. The resort also offered many activities like camel riding, ATV quad, safari etc. The staff were the sweetest, they went around in the evening and asked whether you needed anything else like drinks and even brought cookies. The resort was very big and spread out. Walking was impossible (also due to the heat) and you have to call a driver to pick you up everytime. The pool inside was too cold but the pool outside was just perfect. A highlight is to watch the sunset at the outside pool. Another highlight: the wild animals :) We would love to visit again, this time during winter season.

The only dinner option was within their own restaurant and the food quality did not justify the high prices for dinner.

The resort is located in a very beautiful reserve, and the hotel is peaceful and beautifully decorated. The pool looks fabulous is so relaxing. The staff is also very attentive and go out of their way to make your stay lovely.

Although we didn't opt for the room which includes breakfast at the time of booking, we were looking forward to pay for the buffet / or open breakfast in the mornng. Unfortunately this wasn't an option (neither open breakfast option) and only breakfast a la carte was available - this was a bit of a disapointment. I was also surprised to see shower gel and shampoo Made in China in the showers, I was a bit worried for my skin and was surprised to find it in a resort of this standing, especially that the UAE has so many local options, or at least offering shower gel fro a reputable brand would be better. The pool would deserve a bit more maintenance as well, especially the palm trees in the middle of the pool have wild herbs growing tall. All of these are quite surprising for the price tag.

My stay at Telal Resort was outstanding. The food (encompassing dinner, breakfast, and lunch) was really good, offering a delightful culinary experience. The desert activities surpassed all expectations, and Telal Resort offered breathtaking views, allowing for wildlife observation right from the accommodation areas. The staff's professionalism and attention to detail were commendable. I'm eagerly looking forward to another weekend getaway here!

A small oversight during my stay involved the hot water being temporarily unavailable because the necessary switch was turned off, leading to a short wait of 30-45 minutes for it to heat up. A prompt check of this switch at check-in would be a useful reminder for future guests.

We can’t express how much we love the place. The staff was amazing, **Thannkkk yoouuu Moaty*** for making our stay excellent by going over and beyond with your service. Also thank you Aqib for being super nice to us. The place was super beautiful, villas are super private and clean, the private patio and outdoor area with the villa. The list of activities and the quality is amazing. They send you with a guide on your own as a couple that takes you to the activities of your choosing. The view and the vibe of the swimming pool is beautiful. Can’t wait to come back again with our friends. ~ Salem & Suha

Quiet location, the whole staff was very friendly and always willing to help and assist. Very nice place to relax, forget about problems, and just enjoy nature, animals, etc.

The main drawback is about the overall layout. Anything you want or need to do, you need property's support (car, staff, etc.) You cannot manage by your own, distances are huge from one point or activity to another. Food, breakfast are below expectations and do not pay off the amount you paid. The pool is nothing great, it's half of other similar resorts.

We all loved the staff, from reception, drivers, gym/pool staff, dining staff, housekeeping staff, etc. All very very friendly. The views from the Gazelle one-bedroom villas are breathtaking. The rooms are perfect, with amazing A/C, comfortable beds, and beautiful bathrooms. The terrace has great seating overlooking the dunes, with a stunning firepit. Sitting outside all you hear is wildlife and the watering of the beautiful trees. We genuinely didn't want to leave. The rooms were very clean and did not smell anything other than clean.

The pool closes at 7, whilst that's fairly normal I prefer to be able to swim later. There's nothing else I didn't like, that is very rare. Not much to do in the surrounding areas, but we didn't go sightseeing.

It is the most stunning property; the photos do not do it justice. From the drive in with gazelles roaming, to an incredible villa with a fire pit and stone bath, this was desert luxury on another level. Huge thanks to Mr Debashy and Mr Mohan, whose enthusiasm and love for this establishment was so evident. We loved it so much we have already booked for our anniversary- do stay for 2 nights, there’s just so much to enjoy.

It’s perfect

The effort of the staff was great. They did everything possible to make us feel special. We also loved the location and the surroundings. We loved the romantic dinner set up. Rooms were great. Amazing privacy.

The food is not at the level of the price paid. I also believe the ambient of the restaurant could be improved. In general facilities may be better
