Food is good , it could be better if they added more dishes. Food Quality was humble, was not "WOW". Room was very good. Beach was v good too.

i was not given "discount " on breakfast only as a Rotana Executive member. I should have been told before getting served NOT AFTER !!

Staff is very accommodative and friendly. especially Krishna from Sharkys restaurant, he was always available to resolve any concerns and excellent services to his regular guests. Food was very good, not much alternative though. Cleaning and house keeping team in the hotel are good and very friendly and helpful.

Pool facilities is in poor condition, as maintenance as well as cleanliness. Not been taken care for long time. Rules enforcement by Lifeguards are not consistent, some do some don't. Kids been distrubant to other guests but no one corrected. Menu is not offering great choice., as pool bar as well as room dining.

My experience at Rotana Fujairah was truly delightful. The room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly cozy. The location was superb, offering a stunning beach view. The staff was exceptional, providing top-notch service. The hotel is newly built and equipped with the latest amenities. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would highly recommend it to others. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Rotana Fujairah is one of my favourite hotels, everything is excellent as usual , friendly staff, pool till midnight in summer, beach amazing

They were not able to accommodate my request even I called them before my arrival by 2 days that I prefer the rooms to be in the first floor with balcony not the ground floor with garden but they said that it is not available Need some entertainment activities as music in the pool or live performance

the room and beach experience were very good , the room was very clean and it had all the necessities that you might require also the beach was clean vert enjoyable

the breakfast was not good at all for the price we were charged the options were very limited, food was not fresh , your staff where overwhelmed by the number of guests. this was the first time that we had to pay at the check-in and at all the venues I don't know if it was lack of trust towards your guests , but it was not nice at all.

Nice property with good amenities and costumer services.

Beach have Petrol residuals and pollutants, also jellyfish. we only used the resort pool.

Setting/facilities were clean and modern, with upgrade to hallways since we last visited. Beach is clean and affords great place to relax and enjoy sea.

Check in - Manager Ahmed Essam automatically booked us into room closest to the elevator, even though hotel was only at 60% occupancy. The ringing from elevator could be heard as well as guests who were talking whilst waiting for the elevator. I believe the more isolated rooms could be occupied first, and only then offer the noisiest room. Disappointed because this was our 4rth stay at the same hotel. Reception - only 1 staff, so wait was longer. When porter asked if he could help me, showing willingness, he had to refer me back to the single staff to answer my query.

I like the location, view from my room was awesome. We went there for our son bday , the staff was very generous and surprised us by wishing birthday song with cake.. the room decorated with balloons n towel decorations with birthday wish.. touched by the gesture

I missed variety of Indian meals. There should be main meal course for indian food.

Great relaxed stay as usual. Staff very helpful, especially Krishna who dealt with a minor issue very professionally and efficiently.

The pool music is a bit loud for us, long queues at the egg station at breakfast.
