From the reviews I anticipated the problem so I called the receptionist to give me a clear instruction on how to reach the hotel. Room was clean, and luckily we got attached balcony, hotel is nearby to wholesale and retailers of daily needs. Hotel offers one of the best affordable breakfast buffet, kudos to the team headed by chef Rafi. Definitely worth the money!

Before arriving in Dubai, I was in contact with the hotel receptionist and all of my questions were answered in a nice manner. I arrived at the hotel late, and that was my fault and the receptionist was very courteous. Actually all of the staff were very nice and friendly.

What i did not like is the placement of the hotel entrance. Once you went to the place, the actual entrance was at the back of the hotel.

Surprisingly good for the cheapest place we could find on booking.com with only a couple days notice. We’re fine with foreign unmarried couple. Air con was mint.

A bit on the dated side of things with the furniture. Nice having a balcony but wouldn’t use it for anything other than having a smoke. Weird printed rule saying you have to return to the hotel by midnight, although this doesn’t seem to be enforced. The entrance is through a back alley. Not grand but didn’t feel unsafe either.

Location is good, about 7-10 minutes walk to the metro station and also a 5 minutes walk if you want to take an Abra(local boat) and explore the old town. Staff was friendly all the time, the air conditioning is working fine and the room was clean.

Only downside was the noise, the hotel is situated in a noisy area so I recommend some earplugs during your sleep.

it was located in market. and everything is in approach. i really like to meet the staff. All are very good and corporative. Specially Summit(Reception Person) is very corporative. Always give us satisfactory answers. I love to stay there and enjoyed a lot.

No parking, Opening in front of Cargo Shop

Every thing, if you are in Dubai to trade at the area of Naif - Deira this one of the best location. The hotel is clean managed by professionals who know the area and have experience in customer service.

I have only one comment, if you are with a car, you will not find any parking space easily. Rather than that all is good.

Hotel is kept very clean by the cleaning staff, they really do an excellent job at Al Karnak. Location is good. The staff are very friendly & helpful. Staff such as: Abhi, Akhil, Sumith, Muzamil, Tarszeem etc. made the stay comfortable and lovely - thank you.

I stayed for 14 nights. Very friendly staff Mr. Abhijit. He even upgraded the room. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Room service staff, Mr Ihsan was also very friendly and helpful. I have to say very well trained staff by the hotel. I would surely stay again on my next trip.
