Gold Souq metro station turn left and quickly left you there. Also Gold souq bus station. Lots of stores, and malls where you can find gold/diamonds. Clean grocery story by the Shipyard about two blocks from the hotel. Room/bed clean and comfortable.

I arrived late in the evening, very easy to check-in. My TV was not working, the next morning I call about it, and got it fix, but then again quit working after two attempt was fixed, then had issues with the hair dryer, safe and Airconditioner. The A/C never keeps the room at a comfortable temperature. I always had to wait at least 10 minutes to be served at the restaurant, because no hostess was around, also most of the time restaurant empty. I included all my meals with my hotel reservation. One day for lunch they could find the menu for the all-inclusive meals, that day I waited over 20 min. to be serve

We had exceptional service stay, particularly from Judith, who went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, with diverse good range of delicious food options. Their professional friendly service and options made our stay truly memorable. We will would highly recommend this hotel and especially Judith to anyone visiting Dubai.

The location of this hotel is in an excellent location right above the Gold Souk Station, and, therefore once you study the metro system makes life very easy for getting around Dubai because most places are accessible by Metro if you're not in too much of a hurry Easily got to from the airport. Just get a ticket, jump on the Metro heading towards EXPO 2020 or UAE Exchange and change at Union. Go to Platform 4 and get the train to Gold Souk. Go up the escalator and the hotel is at the top on the same block The rooms are clean and very well presented. There were a couple of minor issues but that didn't affect my stay so I informed reception as I was leaving There is a bar on the 8th floor that has Happy hour between 5 and 8pm The food in the restaurant was good and gave you a good choice and the staff were very friendly. The Wifi was free and I was given the password at check in The Souk is about a mile away (or get the Metro to Al Ras, which is nearer) and is worth a walk around. Port Rashid is not too far away either although I've been told that all criuse ships go to the Palm now The view from the room was also amazing with the Burj Khalifa in the distance

The hotel has a perfect location for transportation. It is above Metro Station Gold Souk, and the bus station... For us it was very convenient... The staff was very friendly and kind, thanks one more time to them... Overall it is recommended ;)

New Hotel, new furniture, the rooms are spacious, clean, their design is modern and practical, the location is above Gold Souq metro station, You reach the station directly from inside the hotel lobby, behind the hotel is the Gold Souq bus station. staff were freindly, Excellent value for money.

The room was clean and comfortable. Great location with very easy access to Gold Souk metro station. I would definitely stay again if I were to return to Dubai.

Breakfast was average. They don't seem to offer the omelette option and leave you to ask, I only found out as I saw someone else eating one! Also had to ask for tea and coffee at breakfast by the cup and they were slow to offer this

Warm welcome on check in and we were able to have our room a little earlier thanks to Moustafa. Great location with bus and metro outside the building which was a great advantage. Breakfast varied and plentiful with happy and attentive staff. Bed super comfy, great hot water supply.

Only negative was the flooded floor after opening the shower door.

the location is great above the metro station and in front of the bus station so transportation was really easy the staff were really helpful.. always smiling and trying to help especially in the restaurant

Impressive stay at the Dubai hotel! The cuisine in Il Pomodoro Restaurant was excellent and veeeery deliciuos, offering a wide array of delightful dishes👍 The restaurant staff (Udin, Melissa and especially Anamika) was incredibly helpful and attentive. There are some convinient additional services like the complimentary shuttle to the city center / Kite Beach and the free taxi service from airport to the hotel. The hotel's location is also superb (Metro Station "gold souq", pharmacy, supermarket, money exchange - everything in the same building). Room is very comfortable and offers everything what was needed for the relaxing stay in Dubai. Also the hotel staff was very attentive and helped us with all kind of requests and questions👍 Overall, a fantastic experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Opportunity for improvements: bathroom could be cleaner. Due to the high moisture in the shower cabin, a little bit of mold formed there.

The location was good. Staffs were good, especially Hakim, Mustapha, Ann & Viral. The hotel is clean and home like.

We didn't like the person (Shehzad), who is in the tour package desk. He was quite misleading with the rates, he kept on increasing the prices after promising us differently. He was the only part of our entire tour where we felt like outsiders. We felt deceived, we hope he'll change for better in the future.
