Resort, water park, beach, pools, valet service, most of the staff was courteous.

I was told by a person that abaya can’t be worn while accessing the beach area even if I don swim and he stopped us from accessing the beach. When inquired later from the receptionist, I was told there was no dress code to access the beach area if u don’t swim. It was a huge off as we just wanted to enjoy the night breeze sitting close to the quiet night beach. Also, the person who came to check the minibar accused us of taking two pepsi cans when we hadn’t even touched the minibar. The bins in the both the washroom and the room didn’t have any liners and there was no tissue box in the room. Also, the tv provided wasn’t a smart tv 😐

Excellent location with access to 8 pools, including those in the Westin next door which is a very high standard hotel. Great pools, very varied for both children and adults, kids loved the Jungle Bay water park. Wide variety of breakfast choices and we were offered a very good value half board rate on arrival which could be used at all restaurants across all hotels in the resort.

Family rooms could have been larger, felt more like a high standard 4 star then real luxury. Not all have balconies either.

I always love to go for staycations at this property. Great location - access to great facilities. The stuff at restaurants and pool are so nice and friendly.

The check-in experience was so bad. My room was not ready even though I reach at 3pm, and they offered me another room which is completely different that what I've booked. She kept saying we don't have rooms and trying to give me rooms that lower standard of what I paid for I.e. No balcony, one bed while we are 3 adults, view of sea is blocked with trees . Finally after 1 hour and escalations she managed to get the room I booked.

The service was excellent, very kind and helpful. The room was clean and the water park was just right out of the hotel so we actually didn’t have to go out of the hotel.

Staff friendly and welcoming. Very helpful and a credit to the hotel. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Will miss my breakfast dahl! Housekeeping very good - room kept very clean and plenty of water always supplied. Grounds and garden areas of hotel well kept. Lots of choice of pools. Good kids pools (0.5m deep and well shaded) Water park is a welcome addition. Lovely beach area, perfect for young families. Excellent kids club - special thanks to Anthony, Big Sam, Naomi, Ruby and all the rest of the team - you do a fantastic job. Well equipped gym. Good covid control/prevention measures in place throughout the hotel. Very nice afternoon tea at the lounge.

Rooms and hotel in places starting to look a bit tired. Fridge wasn't working in room. AC adjustment a bit hit or miss. Very expensive prices for basic food at poolside/beach. I appreciate it is high season but room rates towards the end of our stay (16th) verging on the ridiculous and poor value for money. Reduce one use plastics both with water bottles and toiletries Barasita beach club can be quite noisy at night - didn't really bother us but some people may prefer to ask for a room further away from this area.

We highly recommend family hotel in Dubai, For their outstanding Hospitality and professional service. We chose Club Superior sea view room with breakfast, afternoon tea and Happy Hour and were more than happy with what was provided during our stay. Initially we arrived very early at the airport. Mr. Faysal (who was on be half of the hotel) greeted us with the warmest welcome. He also recommended some sightseeing spots in Dubai. Mr. Ali is a meticulous manager, he saw how exhausted the children were and inquired immediately to let us check in earlier. He was very considerate. Whilst we were waiting for the room to become available Mr. Vintz provided us with a hearty breakfast. Mr. Diyagahage came to say hello every morning when we had breakfast and asked if we needed help. Ms. Shah from the afternoon tea remembered our naughty daughters name and looked after her when she ran around. Thanks to Mr. Singh who took good care of our room during our stay. He was really attentive. Also thanks for Mr. Hana for listening to the minor criticism we had and generously providing us with a special offer over the last few days. The kids had a fabulous time and enjoyed the swimming pool and the water park. The hotel staff were so kind and wore their smiles all the time. We can’t wait to come back again. Our family had such a wonderful time there! - a phenomenal experience.

It was pity to have the painting smell in the room for last few days.

Breakfast was great with a big variety. Pool area with loungers and service from the pool bar was good. Waterpark with all activities is value for money. Close the the Metro Train Station and shops.

Bathroom could be better for the price you pay for the room. Noise from the beach party every night is loud and carry on until early hours of the morning.

The personnel was very helpful and always quickly responded to our requests. Rajib our housekeeper was very careful, the room was always clean and we felt really comfortable. The same with the personnel at the entrance. Amandeep and Vinoth were very careful and made a very good impression from the first step in the hotel. The breakfast offered a vast variety of food, and though we stayed 2 weeks we didn't feel bored from it. 2 times there were queues in front of the restaurant but the staff was very competent and managed it quickly. The aqua park was also a lot of fun for the kids, we stayed there much more often than at the beach.

Our room and the hotel in general were perfectly clean but the amenities like air conditioning and bathsink got broken several time and needed to be fixed. The interior is not the newest, though it's still ok. The sea view is blocked by the constructions on the other side of the channel, so the sea reminds more of a lake, we decided to go to public beaches because of that several times, but aqua park still saves the situation and is a lot of fun for kids.

Breakfast spread was good including the cafe. Great restaurant service from the staff as well. Good resort with multiple pools for children of all ages to enjoy. Hotel staff serving food for in room dining and the staff catering to the amenities I required in the room were Exceptional.

Reception check in service to the property was very slow. Staff training is required to comprehend ID documents. Room cards were not received for over 3 hours post check in as hotel system was down. Despite multiple reminders, the cards were not delivered to our room. 1 out of 3 of our superior room was smelling like paint and we had to keep our main and balcony doors open for 3 hours for the paint smell to subside. (93x) No response from GM. The desserts we ordered from the inroom dining menu were tasteless, unappetising and require inspection.

+ we booked the le meredien hotel, but we were upgraded to W Hotel which is even better !!! big plus - for same price + we arrived very early morning, due to hotel was fully booked rooms were ready later but we could use all facilites and got a free breakfast ! very nice + reception in W Hotel - Mr. Daniel Aguilar TOP - very welcoming and helping, arranged perfect rooms an same floor, welcoming refreshments and cocktails for waiting time, water for the travel on leave. Highly recommend Mr. Aguilar. He knows how to make costumers feel perfect.
