Where do u start. Check in seamless... The ambience is stunning, the scent of the place is exquisite, food so yummy had breakfast at Basta and also dinned at the Tabu restaurant. The Butler service is top notch.... Anthony thank you for curating a special birthday for me. Christmae thank you.... the best concierge support everrrrr.... you got me experiencing Dubai in a whole new light! Thanks, Abdul, for the express checkout! Hianeef for chauffeuring me to the airport on time. Last but no means the least .... the world's best Hotel Manager Caroline! A little bit to far to walk for a walk to the Dubai Mall. Although it seems like its closeby, its approximately a 30 minutes walk.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the St. Regis Downtown Dubai, and I can confidently say it was a 10/10 experience! To my surprise, I was upgraded to the Signature King Suite with a stunning canal view, which was a delightful bonus. The luxurious service was exceptional, especially the Signature St. Regis Butler Service, which made my stay even more special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The location of the hotel is ideal, offering easy access to various attractions and dining options. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I can't wait to return! The St. Regis Downtown Dubai will be my top choice whenever I’m in town.

Hotel is luxurious, extra clean, staff is very polite and efficient, breakfast is amazing.

It’s an elegant hotel which is situated in downtown, it has a different vibe from other hotels I stayed in. We liked the interior design and the calm ambiance. It also has some beautiful views if you’re lucky to have a room facing the channel.

Some rooms are not renovated and we had to change the rooms twice in fact. First room upon check in happened to be a smokers room, so I asked reception for a replacement and we were immediately given another room which however had numerous issues, thanks to the prompt reaction of the frond desk manager Arman we were given a perfectly clean and renovated room and our impression of the hotel has significantly improved. It is the professionalism and kind attention of the staff that makes a difference.

I had a fantastic experience at the St. Regis. From the moment I arrived, the stay was warm and welcoming, and the hotel exuded opulence. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and as I stayed on the 20th floor in what I believe was called the Signature Room, I enjoyed a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa. Room service was prompt, and housekeeping was readily available, which I greatly appreciated given my preference for cleanliness and order. While the two restaurants on-site were decent, I felt the menu could use some improvement. However, the breakfast buffet by the canal was absolutely stunning. A special mention goes to Joshua, one of the restaurant waiters, for his exceptional hospitality and engaging conversation (although I was disappointed by his manager interrupting us in a condescending manner, especially when the restaurant was not busy). I also want to commend George or I think his name is Jeffery, the front door butler, for his politeness and dedication to ensuring I had a wonderful stay. Overall, I will definitely return and highly recommend others to stay at this remarkable hotel.

The gym could use more equipment. The mini bar could of been complimentary without hidden costs

Hotel is located in the city center, 10 min with taxi till Dubai Mall,but is not walkable in any case as we have thought. Hotel and room were spotless and fragrant. Recepcion guy Bernard(south african) was quite nice and friendly, as same as guys from night bar. Hostess Julia and George from breakfast were hardworking and did amazing job, but most lovely, knowledgeable and helpful was Dragan(concierge) who helped us in many way. Pool,jacuzzi and sauna were excellent. It is easy to get a taxi too. For these reasons i would recommend staying here.

Breakfast is a bit chaotic as you need to wait for coffee 15-20 min or for your eggs the same, but it was durable due to great staff and good food until- Doira came. I did not appreciate very rude, lazy and most offensive behavior from Doira, Basta restaurant hostess. It ruined our stay in this hotel as i have never experienced someone unprofessional as Doira, and i traveled a lot. She should not work directly with guests as she has no manners. For this reason i will not stay in this hotel in future.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was well-equipped with high-quality toiletries and a great shower. In addition, there were multiple dining options, including international cuisine, a luxurious spa, and personalized butler service. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring various fresh and delicious options, including made-to-order omelets and fresh juices. The attentive staff ensured everything was well-stocked. The hotel is in a central location and proximity to major attractions, shopping, and public transport.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Dubai. It’s the go to option for me. The rooms are so spacious they seem like suites, the decoration is modern and elegant, beds are soft, lights give a cozy vibe. The shower and sinks are made from a fine and sleek marble with a beautiful self standing bathtub. The staff is lovely, polite and helpful. The view is stunning.

The room could be cleaner after the make up, sometimes filth remains on the floor, as well as crumbs on the carpet and tables. The pool is also very small and unfortunately is located in the shadow.

Well this is gonna be long but worth it. Where do I begin? I booked a room with a partial view to the burj but when we checked in the representative upgraded us to a room with a view to the canal, on 21 floor (out of 24) and which was 70 square feet!!! It was sooo beautiful and big! The bed was very comfortable, the cleaning staff cleaned the room TWICE a day, and they even surprised us with balloons and cake for our honeymoon 🥹 The breakfast was good, although I have to say that the coffee took way too much time to be ready, but I'm really being petty here :) I would like to specifically thank Ayham, who was very kind. Also, I want to thank Nikun and Indah, who took good care of us during checkout and even brought us 4! Boxes of date and chocolate!! My thanks to all of the staff that I didn't write down their names but did such a wonderful job. We can't wait to come back!!
