The hotel is quite all right to stay in. Of course, it's not five stars and don't expect more. But the rooms are clean, there is a kitchen in each room (without a cooker), water, a kettle and a sink. The bedding is normal, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The air conditioning is noisy in some rooms, but ask the staff and they will help you. By the way, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, always helpful in solving your problems. The location of the hotel is not very good, but trust me, it's not an issue if you have a car or use a taxi. The hotel has no kitchen, no breakfasts but you can always order food delivery through reception, the menu is in every room. I recommend this hotel as I have stayed there many times and when coming to Ras Al Khaimah I choose this particular hotel. The price of the stay is quite affordable considering the quality and service at the hotel.

There wasn’t anything specific that I didn’t like about the property. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Semi studio apartment. Building is small from the outside but is wider insider. Value for money. Staff were good. Better to have free breakfast option. Cooking stuff could be provided with delivery option for groceries since the rooms are semi studio type.

Shower must have curtains. Other cooking stuff. Sudden tripping off DB board. Once night while sleeping it suddenly tripped off from where we needed to stand up and fix it. Thanks to my husband.

There was nothing significant that I disliked about the property. Everything met my expectations.

Courteous staff and quick check-in. The room was spacious and had all facilities of a hotel room. Help was extended as needs were expressed, and the staff went out of their way to provide me with a prayer mat, and charging cables for my phones.

Not very helpful to have flights of stairs even the limited 3 steps to reach the room for mobility-challenged people. I suggest they provide proper ramps. The ramps available are too steep. It was easier to use the steps.

Great location, value for money, very cooperative staff specially Mr Shakoor Ali he was very accommodating, spacious rooms, very convenient parking, peaceful and friendly neighborhood.

Only if they provide guests with cool water to their guests in summer then it's a 10/10 property. Nonetheless their isn't any complains or something that I didn't like.

This is a very nice hotel in the area. I would say one of the best in town. The rooms are super clean and spacious. All facilities are available as they mention. The staff is really friendly and supportive. I enjoyed my stay in here.
