Convenient location. Lots of space. 2 bed accommodation, slept up to 8 people. Very spacious. Own shower room, 2 toilets and kitchen. Once renovated, this property will be well worth a stay. We asked for crockery, which was provided the next day. We would have liked pans as well as the accommodation was self-catering. We arrived late expecting to cook a quick meal but no utensils, etc. However, I would definitely stay again once these glitches were sorted out. Very friendly staff, who acted on our request for crockery straight away. Weather was horrendous, but the apartment was very warm. Would love to stay once renovated.
The property was very tired looking, but clean. The landlord explained they were slowly renovating. The accommodation we stayed in is the next to be done. It is the biggest in the building with 2 bedrooms, shower room, 2 toilets and kitchen with a huge lounge which had another double bed. We did have to ask for crockery as there were only cups and glasses. There are no pans to cook in either, although there was a toaster, microwave, and cooker. There was also a washing machine. I'm sure if we had mentioned pans, they would have been provided. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and we all had good night's sleep.

The place was absoluetly spotless. The tribute to players in each room was a real focal point especially with the son. The artwork is incredible. The location was bang on as we visited for a Man united stadium tour and you really couldnt get any closer! Amazing value for what we paid. The staff text me and were so friendly and even asked if we needed to check in early.
The only one slight downfall was the rubbish outside but thats only because we wanted to take pictures with the artwork etc it didnt affect our stay at all.

So I had an appointment in Manchester and due to unexpected circumstances I had to stay the night but didn’t have anywhere booked. I found this hidden gem for £29 double room with en-suite, fantastic location, free parking and a huge variety of TV channels. Self service check in/check out, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh towels. I just wanted somewhere cheap as I was alone however I was pleasantly surprised and this was the best bargain I’ve ever had and actually I’d argue it was better than booking through a big chain for triple price.
As it was right next to duel carriage way and the windows haven’t been updated with upvc double glazing (maybe it’s a listed building) so it was quite noisy and a bit cold despite heating being on.

We stayed as a group of 7 for one night while visiting family. The space we had was good, 2 bedrooms had 1x single and 1x double bed and the lounge had a double bed in. Beds were comfy, clean and well presented with folded blankets, fresh towels and shower gel/shampoo waiting for us. There were 2x toilets and a separate bathroom, each with hand-wash, toilet rolls etc provided. The kitchen was a good size and I was so pleased to see tea bags, sugar, coffee and milk portions available. Check in was easy and we had all the necessary details and codes for easy hassle free access.
Wasn't much to not like, it was a good price for what we needed. Does definitely need a it of tlc with decor etc though

Location excellent if you are attending the football or cricket ground. The room was perfectly adequate size for a solo traveller for one night. The bed was comfy, linen clean, toiletries provided, wifi, tv and secure entry system. Communication for self check in was excellent. Overall for the amount paid it was good. I would stay again if I was attending an event at the Cricket ground again.
It was noisey due to the busy road but that can’t really be helped in a city centre. Some cobwebs high up but that would take seconds to sort out.

Another apartment cancelled on me 2 hours before check in, leaving me in a difficult situation. The old Trafford hotel was offered as a last minute alternative and ended up being far superior to the original apartment. The Manchester United themed decor exceeded expectations, and the room we room we were allocated was enormous. The hosts were extremely accommodating and communication was excellent.
Nothing. Excellent property

No breakfast options! However, this was no problem as just a stay overnight. There's also local shops around the area for drink and food. The room was tidy and worth the money. Tony was very accomadating over the telephone, and me and my family had a comfortable overnight stay. I would recommend it and stay again.
Shower room is abit of a tight squeeze but still managed it. Car parking on single line on Sunday was fine until 9am Monday car needed to be moved. However its not an issue along the hotel I a pay and display so for extra 2 pounds we could relax and check out fir 11am. Tony was very easy and flexible and even offered us a spot outside the hotel which was not available hence had to just figure it out but all in all was fine. Not sure if it's during the week but I'm sure if any issues Tony would be more than accomadating to help advise for parking like he did with us.

Great value for money, the owner was very friendly so felt very safe and secure about leaving all belongings in the room. Room was clean and comfortable and parking on street right outside was easy. Stayed on a Sunday so it was free and wasn’t a game day so nice and quiet.
Black sheets on the bed, but everything is Man U themed so can’t really fault them for it.

Very local to the stadium so was easy access and right next to various shops and the Bishops Blaize where we ate. Self check in was easy too!
Options for parking were not very clear. The staff member I spoke to on the phone stated there was parking outside yet they were double yellows. I ended up parking in a side street which wasn’t very secure. It says private parking was available but never got the option to ask where it was.
