Great location lovely staff nice and warm in the room

We were on the third floor and had no hot water and the shower didn't work had to boil the kettle to get hot water told staff

Cleanliness.. very minor but left dirty bin in bathroom but emptied the one in the bedroom. Had to ask for sugar a couple of times. Could of done with a hoover mid stay. However nothing that’s mentioned did not spoil our stay.

Great size location and very clean

Parking charges different from what’s on booking . Com Booking .com says it’s £6 per night but £12 at hotel hotel says it is going to look into it Took the car out of hotel car park as was going to be charged £12 for overnight parking even after showing price shown on booking .com site Hotel says there are 2 different prices depending who you book with Shame really as everything else is really good here would definitely recommend this hotel regardless of this as it’s great location hotel and staff

Stayed here about 18 times now so I must like it. Superb location. Great value for money. Dog friendly. And this time I noticed the staff were brilliant. So much more improved staff from when it was Libertys hotel. So definitely deserves a mention. It’s very welcoming now. Good breakfast.

Only complaints are on the first breakfast the plates were quite dirty in the breakfast rooms which is unacceptable so needs o be sorted although the 2nd breakfast was much better. And again the first breakfast the food on the buffet hadn’t been kept very warm. Again that was better the 2nd morning.

location was good .nice clean place .2nd time here now .would return always ask for same room . staff are really friend and guest and foods nice plenty tea and coffee .water is hot and veiw of sea was great in room 302 .wouldnt book anywhere else thank you for nice stay

floors need sorting dipped in bathroom and hallway to lifted .floors are noisy at night as the guest was coming back up to rooms and could hear them at night walking ,.rooms could do with bit tlc and only thing that i found not good was on way out from leaving everyone was stood at bottom of the stairs with cases and i couldnt get down stairs im on stick so need to hold on nobody moved . think stay need to sort this , to keep them stairs clear

Yes, the hotel is looking a little tired, but it’s a work in progress having just been taken over. The main thing you are greeted and treated well by staff and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were a little tired but the beds were clean and comfortable. After all you only sleep in it so the bed is the most important thing. The breakfast was really good with lots of choice. Will definitely stay again.

Nothing to do with hotel or staff, but could do with a tram stop as in between stops. Hope this gets passed to Blackpool Council.

Chris Hotel manager was lovely made me feel welcome. Was there on my own felt very safe .everything was in Hotel if didnt feel like going out .bar .restaurant. lifted was easy to use .guest was nice. I've booked again in May in same room if possible 302 as I enjoyed the sea veiw .I will be staying here everytime do go to Blackpool. Bed was comfortable. I slept fine

Bedroom window could do with sorting as cold was coming though 2nd night .plug drain could done with changing as was rusty and dirty .full Hotel needed little tlc .but not major to bring it back to even better place .that's only faults

Love staying at liberty's hotel, the staff are wonderful, especially Fern and the new reception manager Chris who quickly sorted out a minor problem for us. Actually all the staff are beyond friendly and helpful. The beds are so comfy and the room was spotless. We had a sea view which I loved and because I have mobility issues we were on the 1st floor. We stayed room only as we don't like to be tied to eating times. The entertainment was great, especially Carl Gordon who continued as best as he could with a sore throat. What a trooper. All in all my favourite blackpool hotel.

The fact that it is closed for a few weeks due to having new owners. Hope they don't change many things ie: the staff or the entertainment. Other than that a bit of plastering over the cracks on the outside and a general paint job and voila,my perfect hotel.

Location is great away from the centre but close enough to walk to. Staff are so friendly and helpful, I requested a lower floor near to the lift as I have mobility issues and I was given room 124 first floor and just round from the lift. Breakfast is buffet style and tables are set in the lounge area for people who bring their dogs as we did. Entertainment is on every night .

No fried eggs on breakfast buffet so you need to order them and your breakfast can go cool while you wait. That's about all.
