We were very happy and surprised to find what was included - a nice warm lounge area, large double room and significant bathroom (large and spacious). Our host was very kind and helpful and made us feel at ease. The breakfast arrived at exactly the time we had requested and was plentiful and delicious (however some points to note below). Lovely coffee and fresh orange juice. We would certainly return and recommend!

There isn't much we didn't like, although we noted the following. It would be nice to have more accessible sockets on both sides of the bed. The shower pressure is quite low so if you're hoping for a power shower you'll need to look elsewhere. Also, purely from an aesthetic perspective, the power cord running all the way around the door could be improved. In terms of the breakfast, it might be helpful to have a way of indicating what type of eggs guests would like, i.e. scrambled etc. I also note that there is one form provided so it looks like you have to choose the same options for both guests. Not sure whether this was intentional.

Breakfast is served at a pre selected time at the dining table in your own lounge. The quality of the bacon and sausage is excellent only matched by the view of the garden and beyond to the countryside. There is a small fridge in the lounge and always a supply of milk. Very comfy large bed in the bedroom at the rear of the property. Large bathroom. Own entrance The property isn't near any immediate facilities but a short drive to Kingsland and Leominster. Riverside inn at Aymestrey does an excellent Sunday dinner and is a 40 minute flat walk through fields from the property or a short drive. Wendy was an excellent host and helped with local information.

Everything was great for my 4 night stay.

Beautiful location, I stayed here for a halfway (approximately) point along the Mortimer Trail. Wendy is a lovely host and the b&b is pet friendly - my dog was made very welcome. The bedroom, living room and even bathroom is very pretty, comfortable and tastefully decorated. I did not expect to have the living area as well as a bedroom, that was a nice surprise. Also the fridge with milk and a table with big variety of hot drinks to help yourself was very welcome. There's a lovely garden full of lavender and other pretty flowers which you can view from dining/living room, you can also sit out in the garden. I would highly recommend for walkers or anyone who enjoys beautiful countryside views. Also, everything is spotlessly clean. Thank you!

This was an exceptional B and B The caring and kindness of Wendy went above and beyond As an example when she learned it was our Anniversary the day after we arrived she appeared with a lovely bottle of wine for us And then changed the White for Red when she saw that was what we had been drinking !!!! So lovely ….. Breakfast is great with an amazing choice with fresh melon ,cereals, toasts and full cooked breakfast Even catering for vegetarians like myself Really enjoyed our stay and will certainly return to stay there without hesitation Cant recommend enough Many thanks

Breakfast was excellent, more than enough choice was given. Hosts were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The accommodation was spotlessly clean in a beautiful part of the country, close to many nice places to visit.

Nothing no complaints

Our host was very accommodating. Ample choice for breakfast. Bacon and eggs etc beautifully cooked! Good sized bedroom and bathroom. Private lounge and eating area.

I hadn’t realised the property was so close to a busy road for farm vehicles and distribution lorries, so sitting out in the garden wasn’t as quiet or private as we would have liked it to be.

Very friendly welcoming hosts. Exceptionally clean & comfortable apartment - more than we expected. The breakfasts were superb with plenty of choice - served in the apartment which has a wonderful view over the garden and beyond. Very pet friendly and there is walking available from the door into National Trust property. Looking forward to our next stay.

The property is very spacious and the facilities luxurious. It is very private with access to a lovely garden and pond which is full of fish. The breakfast is served at a time of your choosing and was excellent. Enjoyed our mornings looking out over the garden and surrounding views with fresh coffee.
