Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. The only criticism I have is the evening meals don't match the standards of the rest of the hotel. Breakfast is very good, although I didn't try the cooked breakfast as I didn't have time to sample it Overall I recommend it for a comfortable stay

Evening meals were below the standard I expected, considering the high standards of the rest of the establishment. The menu is limited and not very appetising, especially the deserts

We were met in the car park by the manager who made us feel welcome and valued as a customer. He insisted on carrying our bag to our room and did everything he could to satisfy our needs. The breakfast staff were outstanding, attentive, efficient, polite and genuinely eager to please. The hot food was cooked to order which is a pleasant change from the usual precooked offering in many hotels. The bedroom was very large, good facilities and clean. The hotel had a health spa which although we didn't use we did look around and it was very well fitted out, we would definitely make use of this on our next visit.

Being told the chef had phoned in sick and no evening meals would be available, after a 10 hour journey this wasn't ideal. Paper cups in the bedroom instead of ceramic cups/mugs. The manager did find us some cups on request, but we shouldn't have had to ask. A minor niggle but on both of the days we stayed we were left complimentary packets of biscuits in our room, a nice touch but both days they were just broken crumbs, we felt this just by picking them up surely the room maids must have know too, as I said a minor niggle but it's the attention to detail to the little things that make a good hotel.

The staff where are very helpful they couldn't do enough for you what didn't you like

When we arrived we went to our room and then we hadn't been told the water wasn't turned on. We went down to inform reception and he told us it should be coming on any time no apology. We also booked the restaurant at six o'clock but we had to eat in the bar which we didn't really feel very comfortable about the food we were given wasn't really to our taste the chips were charcoal and my lamb shank was lovely but I'm not a lover of mushrooms so I would have asked for no mushrooms we were not told of this and it was quite expensive we are on the limited budget and what we paid for what we got was a bit of a rip-off.

Everything looks to work amazing from the arrival to the departure. The hotel is very clean. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. My room was clean and smelled fresh. The room is spacious, and the carpet is new. Breakfast was delicious and tasty. Most of all, for the price you pay, it is unbeatable. They are making everywhere to look clean and the new owners are spending hugely to bring the hotel to one of the best in UK.

I loved my stay. I can't think of anything that might have dissatisfied me. Even though they double the price, I would still stay there.

On arrival, it was pouring with rain so the receptionist said that I could park in an empty electric car charging space as there were no others free saving me from getting very wet! The room was spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. I ate at the hotel and found the food to be very good and well priced. I will likely stay here again when working in the area.

The room I was allocated was at the front of the hotel and thus next to the busy main road outside. This is did cause a little disturbance but as there was double glazing, this did reduce the noise. Fortunately it did not disturb my sleep. Although I had not booked for breakfast, I was able to join other guests in the breakfast room. I found that the service was quite slow and had to wait for twenty minutes for a poached egg. However, the server was polite and friendly.

Let me skip the room as quick as possible and get to the best part. Room, perfect, clean, warm, comfortable, well designed, quiet and had everything you could ever need. 5 stars. But now we get to breakfast and it was amazing. The guy in charge was called Jake and as my wife has certain allergy’s I always feel nervous having to ask so many question. He never made me feel like a burden but gave us all the time and sorted out everything we needed with a smile on her face. He was fun, friendly, peaceful just an incredible person. I didn’t expect much for the cooked breakfast but when it came you could just see it was made by someone who knows how to cook a good meal. We found out the chefs name was Chloe. If I had was in the restaurant business I would have gone back into the kitchen and offered her a job. Everything was perfect. Honestly who would have thought you could have one of the best breakfasts you’ve ever had in a Best Western. Yum yum yum. Bless this wonderful team for making our short stay and wonderfully one.

Nothing.

Parking was straightforward, check in and out was easy, room was nice and big, enjoyed having a little outdoor balcony. Even though there was wedding at the venue while we were there, with a noisy evening celebration, once we were in our room, we couldn't hear the noise, so, we had a peaceful sleep.

Slot for turning on power only worked with the room key (most work with any card), and, as we had an electric cool box, we had to leave the room key in the room when we went out.

our room was huge - we did book a suite for the night of our wedding (closest hotel!) - the room was large clean and had a massive jacuzzi bath in it. bed was huge and very comfortable. breakfast was very yummy. receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

the thermostat didn't work and when we got to the room it was absolutely freezing. there were also no water bottles or real cups so we had to use paper ones for the cups of tea. a few broken bits around the room

Decor and standard of room was good, Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The heating went off and was very cold in the night as it was -4 outside, the wife and daughter woke up at 3 am. very cold. Then, she waited for over an hour and 20 mins for sausage, egg n beans, and everyone else in the restaurant had already eaten.

I've stayed at brome Grange for a fair while due to personal issues, but instead of feeling like I was just staying at hotel it actually felt like I was part of a family all staff are friendly and happy to help you no matter what, special mentioned to Jake being a young lad but going out of his way for me no matter what. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area needing to stay anywhere. Thanks for everything. Max :)
