If you ever in Liverpool and you need a cheap, affordable and clean place to stay for a few days, this is definitely up your ally. With the great location, which is a few minutes to the centre of Liverpool, to how clean it is when you first enter it a great place to stay. The way you check in is done by yourself, which they will send privately send you the code for the front door and the door to your room as there can be others staying in the property with you. Me and my girlfriend had an issue entering the property as the machine that you had to put the code on wasn't letting us to open the door, I contacted them and instantly they came to help. In conclusion, we enjoyed our stay and it met our expectations. We will definitely stay at the near future. I give it a 7/10 Really Good

The faults I had about our stay was 1. The handle of the shower was broken, so it was quite annoying and at times difficult to do so 2. The bed was quite small for if you are with you significant other you had to be crammed and at times was really uncomfortable 3. Also one of the lights was not working so we had to move the table and chairs to the kitchen area to eat as the light of the living room didn't turn on.

Great value for money. Very comfortable and had everything you need to get by for a low budget stay. Asda and Aldi are only a 8 min walk away. Once you get to know the buses it was very easy to get into the city. I got the bus (86A /£2 single) for the city centre from Liverpool JL Airport, turned on my Google maps and jumped off at Smithdown Road once I saw the location appear to my right. It's a 5 min walk from Smithdown road to Salisbury road. Just to finish up, Make sure you get all the emails regarding signing contract and security codes..I had issues with emails but the host was very trusting with me when I explained my case. ohh I nearly forgotten, The security system is top notch and very easy to use. (The host allowed us to stay until 7pm for a reasonable fee)

The TV didn't work..E mails have small attachments that are difficult to see. You must open these to sign the agreement between you and the host.

Very clean, fully equipped kitchen

They didn't send me the check-in information until I had paid a 50 GBP security deposit, which I found out about just a few hours before check-in. So, be prepared for this kind of situation. :( And still, I got a room with a table that had burn marks, even though every guest pays the security deposit

I generally enjoyed my time at the facility...I love the general tranquility at the place as well the offer of the washing machine. Though cleanliness was done only after a gust has checked out...the interior of the place was sparkling✨✨✨ but the vicinity of the house could also need attention

The heating system and the cooker were not friendly at all...I planned to cook but that wasn't possible as such it increased my cost of stay...

A big room, new neighbourhood for me, very good communikation with the staff. Apartmentliving in Liverpool was something new för me. Clean and good toilet, nice livingroom and a good kitchen, even though I didnt used it. Im the sort of person who just needs a bed and be by my myself.

My room was next to the entrance so I woke up almost every time when people was going in and out. Ground floor and the street right outside was also not in my comfortzone.

good location, doors opens with code - easy access clean room, soft bed, 5 minutes to bus station leading to city centre

noise from heating device (or something similar) in hallway was sometimes disturbing (in the room on groundfloor) shared bathrooms - sometimes we had to wait long time to bath in the evening

The room was spacious enough and clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had regarding our stay, the location is good, we would come back to this place again.

The room was clean but the common areas not so good, the kitchen did not live up to our expectations.

Great value, good facilities. Good communications. Location was very convenient for us. The value for money is excellent, second time we have used and we would use again.

I had problems entering the property. It seemed there were problems with the host accessing e mail information I had previously sent. This was eventually resolved over the telephone

All very easy. Rather than being left guessing I was messaged everything I needed t know. A really easy experience.
