All Staff very helpful and plesent , maid our stay a joy

Night security guy/ manager ??, made us feel we should have ended our evening a little too early in the lounge, and we felt we had to call it a night 1130ish pm and the our servicer who was very plesent , suggested we use room service , but that was not we wanted , but our family who came up for drinks , and we retired for the evening , at no time were we loud or offended any guests as we sitting by the fire place, but our fourth stay now, and we visit the bar on a fairly regular basis., but would always like to stay again

The property was very luxurious with a very warm and welcoming ambiance. Very welcoming staff too.

Oh I simply adore the Bulgari London. We had the most amazing time staying there for 5 nights. Everything was so chic, beautiful and the service is beyond any dream. Every day a treat waiting for us in our room and every night a warm calming tea before sleeping time. The atmosphere in the lobby is so cool and they have the most amazing gym (including pilatis reformer bed) and one of the most beautiful spa in the world. I highly recommend Bulgari London and can't wait staying there again

think the lobby could have been better. also i think people were walking in the hotel for no reason. i would say luck of security

As soon as you walked in the staff were welcoming, the lobby smelt beautiful and the friendliness of people was amazing. Stunning hotel in a good location with amenities all around you. This is a perfect stay for a special occasion even for one night. If I compare it with the Shard this hotel is definitely better.

Could not find the light in the toilet? I know it’s separate from the main bathroom which (was stunning) but a brighter light would be sensible and safer.

Overall I had the best stay, the staff were so attentive and did everything and more to make sure my stay was perfect.

I do think breakfast should be included in the rate of the room.

To start, the staff were amazing, made me very relaxed and comfortable, i wish i could remember names to thank them all here!, when checking in i was allowed to the room at 11:50am, something i did not expect at all.. the Hotel's location is super amazing, its 200m away from HARRODS and 200m away fro the HYDE PARK!

other than the rate, this Hotel is perfect, if the rate was 30% less i would have Surely extended for another week..

Very modern hotel; supremely helpful and friendly staff; outstanding pool, gym and spa area; low lighting creates nice atmosphere.

Minor issue was that the bathroom in our Deluxe room only had the single sink/basin.
